Ensure: 1. Adapter is connected to the wall socket and diffuser; 2. Do not refill under tap (use measuring cup only to prevent circuit damage); 3. Remove foam pad from water tank. 4. DO NOT drain from air oulet, ONLY drain from drain side.
Weak Mist/No Mist/Strong Mist?
Check: 1. Remove foam pad from water tank; 2. Keep water below MAX line; 3. Set HIGH mode for strong mist, LOW mode for weak mist.
Diffuser Stops Working?
Ensure: 1. Do not refill under tap (use measuring cup only to prevent circuit damage); 2. Select Continuous mode (timer modes auto-off when completed); 3. Clean atomizer gently. 4. DO NOT drain from air oulet, ONLY drain from drain side.

The Remote Is Not Turning the Unit On?
Remote activation requires: (1) Removing the battery insulation tab, (2) Operating within the 16.5-foot range, and (3) Replacing depleted batteries promptly.

Aroma therapy is great!
I have found this diffuser to be very useful. It is simplistic once you know how to use it. I find that the main aromas that I enjoy are Vanilla and Peppermint. Lavender is good, but I have not really tried all of the others yet.The noise level is marginal, meaning that if your room is small you will hear the vapor from the water but it is not too bad. Reminiscent of a vaporizor.It is small so it can fit in an small space and be out of the way. It is durable, however I wouldn’t just be rough with it or drop it on the floor or anything like that.The little remote control that comes with it is handy if you don’t feel like controlling it directly from the diffuser itself.Overall, I have gotten a lot of use out of it already. I like to come home and be welcomed by Vanilla or Peppermint aromas. Very therapeutic after a long day at work, or from anywhere really. It’s nice to come home to a nice smelling apartment.I am very happy with my purchase.

Works great with one caveat
The mist flows nicely and the aroma fills the room beautifully. However, the mist only goes down immediately and therefore gets the surface that it’s sitting on wet. So I’ve had to put some protection underneath it to save the wood table. The noise is not loud at all which is a relief the last one I had different brand was super noisy.
