Why fail to turn on the unit?
Reduce the water amount and make sure it is below MAx line.
Why shut off suddenly during work?
Please check if the USB cable has been disconnected, try to unplug the DC socket and plug it back to turn on the unit.
Why is my diffuser is not misting very strongly?
If the diffuser is not misting very strongly, there are a few things that can cause this. Check your water level. If the water is too full, the mist will not come out strongly. We recommend filling the water slightly below the max fill line.
Why water leakage from unit?
Under these conditions, the mist may condense quickly into water droplets. Please wipe them up.

It’s small but mighty!! Works great!
Bought this little diffuser for my classroom. Not going to lie, I thought it was WAY bigger than what I actually received, but it works great. It is easy to use, the lighting is ambient, there is an auto shut-off however there was a day that it actually did NOT shut off. When I got to work the following day, it was still on and super hot. It only happened one time, so it seemed it was a fluke. It’s pretty though, and the color is nice. It makes zero noise, and it’s relaxing. Highly recommend.

Elegant Mighty Diffuser
Small but mighty diffuser. Though it is small it pushes a good amount of mist, so your fragrance will fill the room easily. It has four settings from the push power button. First press allows you to have rotating colors, second press allows you to stay on your color of choice, third press changes color to soft yellow/white, fourth press turns light off, and fifth press shuts off diffuser. It does have an auto shut off once the water runs out which is excellent so it doesn’t get damaged. Simple to fill, though small capacity. Easy to clean, simply use small amount of dish soap and water and wipe it out every few days. I love all the color options. It is elegant and fits any space. Comes with its own cord and plugin. Highly recommend this little diffuser.

Great for the price!
You would think because it’s so small that it wouldn’t do anything but it does well! It stays on all night and even until the morning! It does have an auto shutoff once the water gets low which is amazing! The warm color is perfect for sleeping along with the drip sound it kinda does.. it doesn’t leak at all and has made my whole bedroom plus the hallway smell great! (This does depend on what oils you use and how much of that oil you use) but overall great purchase! I’ll probably get some more for the rest of my house! (Pictures were taken when water is low but it does put out a good amount of water vapor but not enough to tear up anything)

Warning: potential fire hazard!
I wanted so much to give this product a good review because I had wanted a scent diffuser for awhile. I liked the idea of it being lit and changing colors. It would have been a nice product to use at night: have it make my apartment smell nice while providing a pretty night light.I say it WOULD have been nice to use. Unfortunately, after only one night’s use, it stopped functioning properly. It kept turning itself off after a few seconds to a few minutes. The light began flickering a lot.I followed all the troubleshooting steps they included in the box with the diffuser. I made sure the water didn’t exceed the fill line; I completely replaced the water, cleaned the unit with a damp rag, dried it out and replaced the water; and I even tried plugging it in different outlets just in case that would help. Nothing worked!To make matters worse, I kept trying to use the unit despite it turning itself off because I purchased oils to use. So, I say by the diffuser and kept manually turning it back on a few times a day. The final time I used it, the diffuser started smelling like burning plastic. I didn’t leave it plugged in to see if it was really going to catch on fire, but I believe it would have! I threw the thing away because I didn’t want a replacement, and it wasn’t worth the shipping to get a refund. I would NOT recommend this device to anyone considering the fact that it could have started a fire and because it simply doesn’t work.

Amazing value for price
I don’t know how this product is as affordable as it is. I thought it would be cheap and break but it’s lasted for a while and works really well. The light options are diverse and create an ambient light. It’s pretty intuitive once you try it once and the auto shut off makes it convenient. I use it everyday and it definitely diffuses the essential oil across the room. Silent and no sound.

Very Small, Short Runtime, and No Wall Adapter Included
I’m honestly surprised by the number of 5-star reviews. I want to share a few things buyers should know before purchasing.First, this diffuser is very small and only runs for about 3 hours per fill, which is much shorter than many other diffusers.Second, it does NOT come with a wall adapter, only the USB cord. That means you cannot plug it directly into an outlet unless you already have a USB adapter. The listing does not clearly mention this, so I was unable to use it right away when it arrived.Another downside is the cord is very short, so placement options are limited and it needs to be very close to an outlet.Also important: this diffuser does not hold a charge. It must remain plugged in continuously while running.It does technically work, but the small size (see water bottle in photo for reference), short runtime, lack of adapter, and short cord make it less convenient than expected. Just something to be aware of before buying.If you’re looking for a small diffuser for a desk or very small space and already have a USB adapter, this might work for you. But if you want something that runs longer or can be placed farther from an outlet, you may want to consider a larger diffuser.

Love this product so much I have one for each room! It works well, lasts long, and does perfect with essential oils. The humidity definitely helps me sleep better. The different color modes are awesome as well!

Its tinyyyy i thought it was bigger for the price! And the plastic lid broke! And it also makes you believe it comes in colors and it doesn’t. Dont buy, im sure you can find better
