Cool and Comfortable
Admittedly, I’m still getting used to these pillows; hence, 4 stars instead of 5. I like the coolness even though it’s cold outside. My only concern is my neck stiffens if I’m in a weird spot on the pillow. These pillows don’t give much but I’m keeping them mainly because in the long run, they’re probably better for me sleep wise.I change my mind! These pillows do give; takes a little time but once they do, omg!! I’ve had 3 uninterrupted night’s sleep since I wrote the first review. These are great pillows offering sufficient comfort and support.

Still a Family Favorite—But Needs Some Prep

This set still delivers that reliable feel—but they definitely required more prep than older sets we’ve owned. Right out of the packaging, they were super flat. I had to unzip the protective outer case and fluff them quite a bit, and even then, it took over a day before they truly expanded. Once they did, they were just as comfy as we hoped! If you’re willing to put in a little time up front, these are a solid choice

Great but take a long time to become comfortable
I really like firm pillows so I decided to purchase these because they are advertised as firm and made from bamboo. They came in a reasonable time and you have to pull them out of a tightly packaged zip bag so they are flat as a pancake at first. After you massage them over and over for several minutes, the instructions say to leave them for at least 24 hours so gain shape. I did all of this and then tried to lie down on them. These are definitely extra super firm to the point that they weren’t even malleable and my head wouldn’t pay flat. If you are a side sleeper, these will work great right out the gate for you. I happen to be a back sleeper so my circulation kept getting cut off all night because my chin ended up in my chest and I couldn’t breathe for the first few nights. I am going to keep using them and see how they do after a month or so because I watched a few YouTube videos that say these bamboo pillows will eventually soften a little to the point where they stay firm but won’t choke us back sleepers. I will update my review if things change.

I love these pillows, they are great. I haven’t had a migraine or headache from improper pillow support ever since I bought these. I had to rough them up a little so they would loosen up, but they’re perfect now and have I slept on them ever since. I plan on buying more for my kids when I can.

4 stars just because the packaging was difficult to remove
It was very hard to remove the pillows from their packaging, it took 2 of us to remove them. Gave them about 24 hours to breathe and inflate and after that they were great! Super comfy, good support and the best part is they remain cool temperature!

Me asuste cuando llegaron porque vienen hechas una bola, hay que pisarlas un buen rato y dejarlas descansar unas 24 horas. Después de eso genial. Agarran forma al dormir y luego vuelves a su forma original, muy cómodas, frescas (no te suda la cabeza) y pues nunca me ha dolido el cuello pero tampoco me duele ahora así que muy bien!

Arrived a couple of days late and extremely compressed memory foam chips. The manufacturer says they require at least 24 hours to decompress after a “thorough massage”. They do have a 10 year warranty so I guess this time tomorrow I’ll see what I received for my money.
