Why do reviewers call this noisy?!
Before I bought this, I read the reviews, and several people talked about it.Being very noisy appeared, I have no idea what they’re talking about?!It has 3 built-in speeds. The low speed is almost silent. I tend to run the second speed, which is plenty powerful and makes only a slight noise. I don’t usually run the high speed, nd that may make a bit more noise, but I don’t think you even need that speed. If anything, this is a quiet white noise, that’s not even gonna keep anyone awake at night. I run it while i’m sleeping, and I don’t even like white noise machines.This thing is compact and seems to do a very good job in a small space. I have 2 rooms that were having issues with mildew in the air from poor construction where I am living. Both myself + my cat were having itchy skin issues. It dawned on me that mold and mildew was likely the culprit, so I bought this.We’re both doing much better after running this for even a week. I haven’t needed a replacement filter after nearly a month of running it daily (there’s a light that comes on to tell you when you need to replace the filter which has not come on yet). You can buy the Clorox brand replacement filters, which are currently running about $26 on here. Or you can buy off-brand filters set of 2 foaround $22 currently.This is such a good investment to have peace of mind and a healthier living space.Highly recommend if you need just a small table top filter.

I am SO HAPPY that I purchased this product. I use it in a room that has no windows. It helps make the room more healthy feeling by refreshing the air. It is easy to use. The noise level of the fan at medium setting is soft sounding (also has low and high settings). The Air Purifier can be used continuously – or -by 2, 4, or 8 hour settings. It’s lightweight and very durable. It is worth the purchase.

I like this. The noise level is great for me. It is like a nice white noise. I slept great last night.My room has had a smell ever since I moved in (like elderly people). I also have dogs/cats. This seems to be cleaning the air.

Overall works well for me
I bought this for my small bedroom. Nice and quiet. I set it on a nightstand. Doesn’t take up much space. No complicated set up. It has Alexa capabilities but I don’t use Alexa. ever. So I wish it had it’s own app… but it’s not a deal breaker.There’s no auto on or memory feature. So you have to turn it on each time and adjust the nightlight. Not difficult at all but still a task to get it to do the things. I like that it has a nightlight but would make more sense, for my situation, if it could turn itself on at dusk and off at the end of the timer. It only runs 2-8 hours. I use the 8 hour setting when I go to bed. This works for me but is a limiting factor.I am having fewer to no allergy symptoms at night so far. I’ve been sleeping better as a result.Super easy set up and the filter will be easy to replace. I wish there was less/no plastic on the filter. I bought one for my youngest son and he likes his so far too.This unit is for a 200’² room. So pretty small space.It goes on sale for around $40. I think that is a more appropriate price for what it is and the size of room its for. But I did pay $69 for my son’s because I knew it would work well for his bedroom situation. The cost of filters is around $20 every 6 mos. I haven’t had my unit long enough to know if that is true for my situation.So overall the unit works great, is simple, but there are a few limitations to consider before purchasing.

My belongings were stored in a moldy storage facility and when I transfered the items into my apartment, I brought in harmful mold spores. And as I slept, I was inhaling poisonous mold. Mold will not only make you ill, burn your skin, cause eye infections, and bronchial infections; its poisonous spores will affect brain function, and if you inhale enough, it will kill you.The Clorox air purifier cleaned microscopic mold particles from the air in my apartment and it was an immediate game changer. With the air purifier working, you can literally taste the clean, filtered air in your mouth. It’s like tasting filtered water.But in order to really benefit, make sure to get an air purifier appropriate to the size of your room. And if necessary, buy more than one. But most importantly, clean and/or replace the air filter in the purifier as soon as it begins to accumulate particles and debris.The attached photos were taken after 3 weeks of using the purifier.

Got this after finding out my new rental unit was treated for mold before I moved in. I am asthmatic and very allergic to mold. I have had no issues with these mold allergies or any of my other allergies like dust while using this purifier. I keep it on all of the time at the low setting, and it is very quiet and perfectly fine for sleeping. I like the ‘no light’ mode as well for the nighttime.

This little air purifier is fantastic I am so pleased with the results that it is doing in my bedroom upstairs I can’t believe how much less I have to dust my bedroom and the air quality I can tell the difference I have asthma and I am an allergy suffer and since I started using that little machine in my bedroom I sleep so much better at night time the air quality is better the size is perfect for a bedroom it does the job the price was fantastic I’m very pleased with this purchase and I do recommend it to others

I wish I had known that it is not continuous run, meaning you select 2,4 or 8 hours and then it shuts off. Maybe I missed this info? On high setting it creates a good amount of fan noise, but I wanted that for white noise while I am sleeping, only problem is that when it automatically shuts off at 8 hours, I wake up! I know….really not a “problem” It performs great, cleans air and my bedroom smells nice and fresh all the time .
