Works pefectly!!!!
This works perfectly for my space heater in my office. My issue was the office gets cold and I want the heater to run when Im working from home to maintain a comfortable temperature. This works fine with the heater thermostat but it is just a knob and no way to fine tune. What I needed to overcome is when I leave it on and Im away from home the heater would keep running. I needed a way to intervene in a smart way while away from home but woth a device that is rated for the proper amperage if my space heater. This worked perfectly for this and I now have the best of both worlds being thermostat controlled and remotely toggled.

Works great on my aquarium quarantine tank
Love my new C236T. I’m using mine as a layer of protection against a runaway aquarium heater. I can control the C236T remotely from the Inkbird app or from the unit itself. It includes a waterproof temperature probe that doesn’t require any protective heat shrink. I have mine set so that the power to the heater will be cut if the water temp hits 81 degrees. There are warnings that can trigger and send an alert to the app at defined temperature targets if desired. Depending on your application you can set up start/stop times etc. Tons of flexibility and easy to set up and use. Highly recommend.

It worked as advertised until I needed more heat. I never tried the timer nor the cooling function.
I bought the INKTEM WiFi Digital Temperature Controller to keep my tropical plants in a small greenhouse from freezing. It worked above freezing temperature so I could track and control the temperature on my phone. I had similar device last year but it broke, so I bought this one the first day of 2026. This week we had a rare ice storm with temperatures below 20°F, so the small heater running off of it was not enough to keep the plants warm, so I connected a second small heater. The Inktem stopped providing current to the heaters but I still saw in my phone that the heaters were running, but the temperature was staying too low. I returned it today.

The perfect thermostat to regulate the interior temperature for a grow tent!
I purchased this inktem wifi plugin thermostat to regulate my grow tent’s interior temperature. I was able to add it to the inkird app and link it to my home wifi without a hitch. Pretty simple to download the app, find the device, and connect to wifi. The app is also easy to use. I’ve been using it for a week now. I set it to turn on my fans at >78 degrees Fahrenheit. It will automatically turn off when the temperature goes below it. The temperature probe is waterproof snd the wire is long enough for me to run it from the back of the tent where the device is, to the interior of the tent to monitor the inside temperature. I can even check the inside temperature when I’m away from home with the app. The settings can be made on the device itself or on the app. It’s straight forward. I was able to program it using the app without any directions. My plants are growing nicely with the fan going on and off at the appropriate temperatures. If I wanted, I can over ride the program to turn the fan on manually. I use the grow tent in the winter season too and plan to connect my heater to this thermostat to turn it on when the temperature gets below 72 degrees. This thermostat can do it all, turn my fan on when it gets too hot and turn my heater on when it gets too cool. It’s perfect for anyone using a grow tent. I give it 5 stars!

Works well for reptile enclosure
Works great for regulating temps in my tortoise enclosure. Screen is easy to read and lights up so you can see it if it’s plugged in a dimly lit area.
