Blocks light better than expected
These curtains do exactly what I needed—keep the room dark. Even during the day, they block out almost all sunlight. The linen look is clean and not too heavy, so they don’t make the room feel stuffy.Material feels solid and well-made, not cheap. They hang nicely and were easy to install. Good balance between style and function.

Room darkening
Does the job with darkening the room for a good night sleep. My window gets the morning light so I needed something to help tone that down. Also provides a decrease in heat nicely made and has a linen look to them. Grommets make opening and closing very easy. Exactly as described.

Does what is says it does
Typically, I don’t leave reviews but was so satisfied, I just had to. Prior to buying this Nicetown 100% blackout curtain in 52×84, I bought a different brand which claimed to be blackout and thermal insulating. It wasn’t even room darkening and did nothing to reduce the heat coming through the windows. So I returned those and got these Nicetown ones in white with white lining. They are exactly what they claim. They are blackout and significantly reduce the heat. They look nice and are exactly what I needed. Prior to getting these curtains which are in my office, the morning sun was so bright I just about had to wear sunglasses and could barely see my computer monitor. I could feel the heat when I walked into the room. Now, it is dark and cool. If I want it a little brighter, I can just slide one of the panels open a bit to get as much or little light as I want. Absolutely, a great product.

Great at blocking the light, but..
Great curtains- but sooooo stiff! I have had them up for almost 2 months and they haven’t loosened up at all. Blackout curtains I have ordered in the past eventually relax a bit. They do a GREAT job blocking the light and cold put though and the color is great. They just look really bulky, but are also very sturdy.

They do keep the sun out
These block the sun but they look good. They are not too heavy but feel sturdy. I ironed them before I hung them up. I would iron on the fabric side. They feel a little cheap but I’m keeping them. They drag a little bit so I may have to hem them. One fold should work, we shall see. I will update if I do.

Darken the room!
It works well for the bedroom, good quality. It has wrinkles from the package, I haven’t steam it yet, hope the wrinkles will gone after a while hanging there. The label says can machine wash though.

Cute easy to hang
These are cute and not to heavy. Keeps the sun and heat out of baby’s nursery. They did come a bit wrinkled but I have a steamer and was able to work them out pretty easy. Color is bright and classy.

First set, 42×72 inches, in greyish white are the perfect curtains for a modern grey and white bedroom! Texture is beautiful.Second set of curtains ivory, 54×90 inches, wasn’t sure at all, however, they are more grey than ivory which is great against white walls, very thin, good colour saturation and low profile against the window which is perfect for my tiny living room, i used two sets on one big window, they are totally blackout so perfect, the texture is good, very modern look and feel and goes really nice with stainless steel appliances for balance. Washed well and dried ON LOW for a few minutes and then hung but still need to steam.

Beautiful curtains! Do a fairly decent job blocking light. You definitely get some light in so of you want a solid black out you may want something different but I really like them.

These blackout curtains are perfect. I like the metal curtain rod loops that slide easily to glide the curtains open or closed. I love the texture and colour of the material (birch linen). It feels heavy, durable, and high quality.I didn’t think I would be a huge fan of blackout curtains, because the sun waking me up helps me get going, but since putting these up I think I am sleeping better and sleeping in more. Also helpful if you are awake all night and have to go to sleep when the sun is already out.Boyfriend is very happy with the “privacy” offered by the curtains.I am happy that I was able to order the correct size for the window.
