Excellent contouring!
Still using! Initially it was a little hard to get used to since I slept on super soft pillows and this is more firm but after a few days, it was great! I like that I can sleep on my back and the pillow is comfortable and inevitably, I turn on one side or the other when sleeping and this pillow is very comfortable and allows for my sleep positions while keeping my neck aligned with my spine so no neck pain! I love the outside edge of the pillow on each side as it’s perfect to rest my arm or hand. As a stomach sleeper most of my life, this pillow helps to “remind” me to sleep on my back or side. I have used it when sleeping on my stomach because it’s soft enough but, I bought this to help me sleep on my back and reduce/eliminate painful sleeping positions.

I slipped my C5 disc doing CrossFit six years ago. If you’re reading this and you’ve experienced a cervical disc injury, you know how painful it can be. For the last six years, I’ve lived with near-constant pain — shooting pain from my neck up into my head, down my arm, and numbness in my arm. I’ve tried multiple pillows over the years and never found one that truly helped or gave me consistent relief.About six weeks ago, I slept wrong and had a major flare-up. It was almost as painful as the original injury. That’s when I decided it was time to try something different.This pillow caught my attention because of its contour shape, the way your head rests in it, and the height options. truly comfortable neck support
memory foam holds its shape. looks like it would be too thick to support neck comfortably, but regardless of side or back sleeping it cradles head nicely. No morning pain in my neck at all. kind of slippery though, wants to slide off my bed.

Got rid of my neck pain
Pillow is great. Holds my head snug, very comfortable for sleeping on my back. Got rid of my neck pain. I love it. My wife tried it and loved it too, so I bought her one too. Now she doesn’t steal mine. We get a better nights sleep with less waking up in the middle of the night and less tossing and turning. I highly recommend getting one. Easy to take the cover off and wash too. My wife doesn’t like the color of the pillow and the fact that you can’t really use a pillowcase with it. I love it.

As a chiropractor, I’m very particular about neck support and sleep posture, so I decided to try this pillow myself before ever recommending anything like it to others. I mainly sleep on my side and back, and this pillow keeps my neck feeling supported without waking up stiff. Very comfortable in any sleeping position
This is Great for side sleepers, stomach sleepers or on your back. It really cradles your head and immediately puts you to sleep when you sink into it. It’s also been very comfortable on my side. I wouldn’t say my arms fit as perfectly as in the picture, that part could be a bit wider. Otherwise, it’s a very comfortable pillow. It’s much smaller than a regular pillowcase which can make it kind of slide in and out of your case. But the material seems very comfortable to even sleep on on its own. Seems breathable. I wouldn’t say it’s very firm but it’s a good amount in my opinion. I would like it to be thicker and higher but I don’t know if this is designed in order to keep your spine straight. All in all it is supportive and I’ve been sleeping well on it.

It was too high for me and, unlike identical ones or copies for a little over $30 on Temu, there is no way to remove a layer to adjust the height. Also, no fitted pillow casies? It’s not that nice next to your face.Mine has gone to the bin.
