Very sturdy and comfortable for the price.
The chair is easy to put together and very comfortable. I like that you can adjust how easy it reclines back, and absolutely love the reclined position with the foot rest up. Kinda feels like zero gravity.The foot rest is best when you’re in a reclined position. If you have it up while in an upright position, it’s a little awkward because it’s not much lift. Only thing I don’t like is that when it’s tucked under the seat, it takes up space (in case you like to fold your ankles under the seat – it will be in the way).Seat is wide and comfortable short term. I needed to get a cushion as I sit on it for 12 hours a day and was getting sciatica after a while.Rolls really smoothly. A lot of chairs don’t move as smooth because of their bulkiness, but this one is really smoothly.Very sturdy and well made for the price. Highly recommend.

Love my chair! I’m a student with rheumatoid arthritis and this has made studying much more comfortable. It has great back support, is really sturdy, and easy to use, I don’t feel like I’m going to fall when I tilt it back and use the footrest. It looks good too. It fits in well with my renovated warehouse apartment. Awesome value for the money. I bought mine on sale and it is worth every penny. Thanks!

One piece backing makes the difference
I have had mesh chairs where the back would typically be in two separate sections and where they joined would cause extreme discomfort on my spine. This one section mesh backing makes all the difference while giving you that firm, adjustable cushion on the rear side to help with the posture. Adjustable armrest also make a huge difference. I am very happy with the chair and it breathes so much better than those old school executive cushion style chairs. The only thing I’m a bit nervous about is the footrest. I feel like it’s sturdy enough to last a while with me (I’m only 160lbs) but I’m worried in time may break. Even without the footrest this is a great, comfy chair and my back is much happier. Steer clear of the other mesh chairs with two back piece sections, your spine will not like it!

Received & assembled the chair this afternoon. It’s very comfortable. I have no complaints. All the parts were included and assembly was not bad. Actually, it was pretty easy, considering I’m a sixty-nine-year-old guy who quit working out years ago. The most difficult part was getting the footrest in place. For a product made in China, the instructions were excellent. I’m very happy with the appearance and stability of the chair. However, as a guy barely under 300 pounds, I’d say this chair is a bit snug.

Excellent Chair Ergonomics and Superior Customer Support
I ordered he GABRYLLY Ergonomic Office Chair with footrest. Assembly was straight forward and the tools and spare parts were precisely what was needed with spare screws for each component. All that was needed was a screw drive handle (I’m a tool guy) to make it effortless. The instructions and delivery box (used as an assembly support) was perfect. After assembly I found the gas spring height of the chair was a bit high for me as I had to slouch to get my feet flat on the floor. I contacted customer service and requested a replacement strut and gave the dimensions I needed for proper height fit. I was advised the new gas spring was made to my specs and it was shipped within a week. It took only 3 work days for delivery and I was extremely pleased to not just get the new strut but a pipe wrench tool to change it out along with videos and documentation on the removal and replacement of the strut. If you have ever serviced one of these adjustable height gas spring office chairs it can be a chore but my strut swap out took an hour because of the right tool for the right job and excellent instructions. Functionally now the chair was just the right height when fully lowered for my existing computer desk and my physical requirements (my feet are now flat on the floor without requiring me to slouch). I couldn’t be more pleased. It works great whether sitting and typing, phone work, or leaning back with the footrest out and reviewing videos. This is an excellent product with excellent service.

Good chair for a good price.
Very comfortable chair, being able to lean back with a foot rest is nice. You can nap in your chair. 🙂 Support is great. The right arm in my chair broke and after contacting Gabrylly, Winnie in support sent me a new arm quickly and threw in a nice back pillow with lumber support as a bonus for my trouble.

Comfortable for 10hrs
No issues so far. Easy to put together. Seems very sturdy (Core chair and base, I didn’t install the foot rest as I don’t use it). Comfortable for 10hrs a day.My only gripe would be the arm rests. They do not lock in a position, so when ever I get up or sit down they move and I have to re-adjust them, which is not a huge deal but over time may wear out the mechanism.
