Great support! You will not regret it.
Buy it now. Don’t wait. So I got his for my son whose feet need a little support off the ground. He had a similar one that was just the shape of the top and much shorter- but settled on upgrading. I especially liked the warming pocket for winter and that it’s height adjustable. My son didn’t need all layers so he gave me one (which I’m now using under my desk- so bonus!!). The fact that it is washable also helps. Lastly, the velcro has covers so it won’t stick over other things when not connected (it’s those little details that make this different from the others). Price-wise, it could be cheaper, but I figure it will be with us for a while.

Not firm enough.
It’s nice and soft. The foot pocket is useful.I wish it was firmer. It sinks in too much. And the pieces try to slide away from each other if I put any weight on it to push my feet out of the pocket.I had a HOKEKI Foot Rest from before which, by comparison was better… So, unfortunately, I would NOT recommend this one. There are better types that could be firmer and with more secure connections for the height extensions.

This thing is awesome! I got it to replace a plastic step stool that I was using under my desk to put my feet up because it was hurting my ankles. I have a tall chair, so I use all 3 layers, and I love how easy it is to move back and forth so I can sit in different positions. It doesn’t slip across my carpet, which is nice. My feet do sometimes slide off of it in the direction of the fabric grain because the velvety texture is too smooth, however all I have to do is tuck my feet into the pocket on top and they stay in place. But most of the time I don’t even have to use that. Overall, I highly recommend this! It’s very comfortable and versatile!

Cold feet problems
I’m at my desk quite a lot because I work from home, and I also play pc games. I struggle with chronic cold toes and sometimes socks don’t always help. I wanted a footrest, so when I saw that this also keeps your feet nice and toasty, I couldn’t resist the purchase! It definitely does what it says it will do. Very comfortable to rest your feet on!
