Very accurate and easy
Great device and easy to use . I found an area right by my bed that was high and was able to correct it .

It does work.
This was tested against a very expensive co2 meter that I borrowed from a friend who works in confined spaces. It was very close there was 18 point difference. This was very affordable. The read out is not very high in contrast but it is readable. The temp and humidity levels appear to be accurate as well tested side by side my analog wall meter which I usually tap on. There is no backlight on this. The readout is equal to a large calculator. I am very happy with this purchase especially for what it cost. It is rechargeable so I don’t have to purchase additional batteries.

Works great
Works as described. It gives me peace of mind. When numbers in my studio get above 1000 I open a window. It’s winter so they are closed more often than any other time of year. This product is great.

Terrible screen reliability
EDIT 11/13/24:The manufacturer reached out to me and wanted to make things right. They offered to refund or send me a new one free of charge. I opted for a new one to see if it will fare any better than the original. I’m hoping it holds up better since I do like the simple display a lot. I adjusted my review to 4 stars for the responsive customer service, but I’m still keeping a star docked for the hiccups with the initial unit.I’ve only been using my monitor for 4 months, and the screen has lost its ability to fully display the numbers. When it was working, the CO2, temperature, and humidity data seemed to be pretty accurate and the battery life is long, but it’s unacceptable for a screen to be dying like this after such a short amount of time. It looks similar to a calculator screen, and those things last forever so I’m not sure why these fail so quickly.

Lack of backlight makes this a good choice for a bedroom
Most monitors have a backlight that can’t be turned off. If you prefer to sleep in a darkened room, this is a good choice, with its basic unlighted LCD display. Also, without the backlight, the specs say its internal battery will keep it running for a month or two rather than the day or two which is typical for lighted units; this only matters if you need it to run for an extended period without being plugged in. It seems reasonably accurate; probably not a precision unit, but good enough to get a sense of your living environment.

Cannot trust results, do not buy
Not accurate, you can’t trust it. I bought a second monitor, the exact same type. They are both calibrated. There is about a 100 ppm difference, one shows c02 as 510 ppm and the other measures 617 ppm. One or both of them is wrong! Not being able to rely on these results is extremely dangerous. I have not been able to reach customer support, you can only leave a message and I have not heard back.

Air Quality Monitor I Didn’t Know I Needed!
Bought this because I wanted test the CO2 levels in my home. I have found it very interesting. I have tested it all over our house but mostly leave it in our primary bedroom. After my husband and I have slept in the room all night, the CO2 levels are usually in the 1100-1200ppm range by morning. If I open the patio doors in our bedroom, the levels drop by half within minutes!I had already been in the habit of opening our patio doors in our bedroom for fresh air, usually while I make our bed, on a regular basis. My husband sometimes gives me a hard time about opening doors or windows (we don’t have any screens) because he doesn’t want flies to come in. Now, I have scientific proof that what I have been doing is beneficial for our health lol. Our bodies need fresh air! Can’t imagine what this would read if I leave the doors and windows closed all the time like he likes! The readability is clear, size is easy to read, instructions included (but not needed for me – it’s self-explanatory), a fair value for your money. Screen is bright enough for not being backlit. That’s a preference as some people don’t want a backlit screen while trying to sleep. All in all, I recommend!

I was sceptical at first, but wow! the battery last for ages and the item is super accurate. great value for money and super portable. the stand is magnetic so it can be folded up and taken home in a small bag if you don’t want the cleaner to run off with it 🙂

Works well. Portable and reliable CO2 measurement. Showed I needed more fresh air in the bedroom at night since otherwise 2100ppm CO2 with door and window closed, and also working in home office, I need to air the room for 10 minutes every couple of hours when the reading reaches 1300ppm. It has an internal rechargeable battery, USB-C rechargeable. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and have not charged it all yet! It takes approx. 1 minute to react to increased CO2 and 5 minutes to react to a reduced level. I turned off the alarm feature as that would be irritating at night. When outside it reads 450ppm, breathing directly on it gives 5000ppm.
