Will it dry-burn when the water runs out?
The diffuser has auto shut-off when the tank is empty. For longevity, use the timer modes and avoid leaving it on “ON” until the tank is completely dry.
It diffuses intermittently / mist gets weaker after a while — how do I fix it?
Ensure adapter is fully seated. Empty, wipe, wait 5 min, refill. Try distilled water + 2–3 oil drops (avoid viscous oils). Do a white-vinegar clean (see Q4). Still faulty? Contact support with order ID + short video.
I see seepage/leakage — what should I check?
Use on a level, hard surface (not bed/sofa). Don’t exceed MAX; avoid moving when full. After filling, wipe the outer shell before closing. If pooling under the base persists, stop using and contact support.
How do I clean and descale it properly?
After each use, empty and wipe dry. Every 1–2 weeks: soak with water + a little white vinegar (~1:10) for 5–10 min, gently wipe the ultrasonic plate and tank, rinse, air-dry. Do not use corrosive cleaners or scrape the plate.
Noise suddenly increases / there’s a buzzing sound — why?
This is often surface resonance. Place the unit on a stable, hard, level surface, add a thin soft pad if needed, and check the water level (not too low or overfilled).

Good device with only a few drawbacks
My first diffuser I ever used, bought mostly based on the design. I liked the faux wood look to it, so it does look pretty nice on the table. Easy to set up and use, two button control, just pour the water in add the scent and good to go. The mist comes out pretty well, though it doesn’t seem like it disperses too much throughout the room. I have just an average 12×12 and it generally keeps the scene in a few feet radius around it. Maybe that is how these things operate so I cannot say if it’s defective or not, just that I was expecting the whole room to constantly have the aroma.The length of time it stays on for is pretty long seemingly, for a small amount of water it goes a long way, just add a drop or two after an hour to keep it up. While it is still a reasonably small unit, I would have liked to see it slightly smaller. The power brick was also a let down, I never liked them, especially when I see other ones that use USB or a regular sized plug.

Does not spread the scent after a few minutes
It looks great, it’s the perfect size, but after the first few minutes,, you can’t smell your oil. Not sure it the ceramic is absorbing it, but very disappointing.
