This is a very nice comfortable chair.I am very pleased with it.The massage that this chair offers is very good.The heater I tested it very good.The look of the chair is modern. The upright feature is great. Very helpful.Overall I am happy with the chair. Thank you

Unmatched customer support for a quality product.
First and foremost, I was blown away by the customer service with their quick and helpful responses prior to delivery. The chairs were well packaged to protect them. They are very well made and super easy to assemble. I have been sitting in one of the chairs for several hours and find it to be adequately comfortable so far. The control for the heat and the massage is easy to use. The buttons on the one side of the chair to raise and tilt it are easily accessible. I do wish the chair went a little further back. Being 5’4″ tall, I find the depth of the seat to be a couple inches longer than what I would prefer. My wife likes her chair too and finds it quite comfortable. Our small dog likes it too. The color is very close to the color shown on the website so no surprise there.

Put it near the out let port because the cord is very short
I just got the chair today and so far so good. It is very easy to stall and no instruction need it. Very self explanatory. The only two down side of this chair is that it does not rotate, and the vibration system is not that beneficial because all it does is vibrate and I feel so sick with the vibration mode on that I just unplug it and put the plug away. The heating part is good but it is summer so I dont need to use it right now. I wish the cord is a little longer so I dont have to buy extension cord to plug it into the outlet. The recliner is perfect, I can actually sleep on here. I bought this chair in the tent to use for my office chair because I sit in front of my computer a lot. I also prefred sleeping on this when my husband is gone for his deployment. The material is great! The color is as it show in the advertisement. The assisted lift can go very high and it move very slow so you dont fly out 🙂

Great chair for the money! Nice covering that is wipeable. It’s roomy, has heat and massage. It lifts. It is slow to recline and slow to un-recline since its power, but it works well. Would definitely recommend.not difficult to assemble but it did come in two different shipments several days apart!
