Great Chair and lot of Support and Cushion
The chair arrived with easy-to-follow instructions for assembly, done via Allen wrench, which they supplied, since it has a padded handle to get the screws tight. Once the chair was assembled, it operated beautifully in giving me the back support and a great cushion we craved. The arms are adjusting too, and overall, I’m so far happy a week into actually using the chair. It’s very comfortable and was well-priced. My roommate is also thinking about purchasing this chair as a result.

Very sturdy and comfortable chair. Great directions and diagrams, assembly was mostly easy. No missing parts…..so why only 4 stars? I ordered this around midnight, next morning I realized that I should have ordered black instead and tried to cancel this order but Amazon would not let me. I know the chair had not yet shipped. Amazon advised me to refuse the delivery or ship it back. The box was too large and heavy for a 72 year old lady to lift by herself so only 4 stars instead of 5.

Fast delivery. I opened box and put together the chair with little effort. Instructions were good and detailed. I sat on it and it feels very sturdy. I love the seat cushion and material; I can sit on it for longer periods of time then my last chair. The size of the chair is good. I have a small space for it so I use it with the arm rests up. It rolls easy. The headrest is comfortable cause it is adjustable. Ultimately you can use the chair with or without it, your choice. I might take it off because I am not used to headrests.Chair does tilt back. You can move the lever to allow it or not. Be sure to adjust it below so you get the desired firmness of the tilt that you want.Lumbar support is great.Would I purchase again? Yes. Great product for the money.
