Smart and functional plus the temperature sensor
Insulation was super easy, especially since I was upgrading from a previous Honeywell smart thermostat but even then it was. It’s still super easy walks you through everything as long as you have a C wire if you don’t have a C wire make sure you get the C wire adapter I like this rectangular fit because of your upgrading from an existing rectangular model. You don’t have to worry about repainting or anything the matter compatibility I have this integrated into my smart system so it’ll pre-cool the house or preheat the house based on my proximity the door unlocked when the door sensor goes off the fan will stop blowing if it’s reaches ideal temperature or will be set to automatic. There’s so much you can do. It’s really cool. Also the temperature sensor that you can place in any room wherever you’re spending the most of your time or where it’s typically unbalanced based on the thermostat placement. Very nice.

Great thermostat.
We had a existing honeywell home thermostat, so it was a basic swap, no new wiring needed.Set up was easy. Added 3 room sensors, The thermostat knows when I coming back home (geofence) and adjusts the temperature accordingly so it is perfect when I arrive.Connecting to the Ring doorbell is a nice touch. Changing the home page screen colors and layout is also a nice touch.I hope this thermostat lasts a long time as it has a lot of features I haven’t even figured out yet.The wifi connection has been great.Very pleased.

This is a very attractive white thermostat, it does not draw much attention to itself. Great price on Amazon, better than the big box store! It is working well, very easy to use.

Quality build easy install.
Overall it’s a good design. Easy to program and I like that it has an app so I can adjust from anywhere. It says it’s supposed to work with my ring doorbell and show on the screen who’s at the door without my phone but I have been unable to make this work. It says it’s all connected properly but it never shows on the screen but for me this isn’t a deal breaker. If you aren’t set on having it work with the doorbell it’s a good unit.

Great thermostat with tons of feature and connectivity options.
This device works great once you can get pass the setup process. After following the suggested setting my AC unit was blowing hot air instead of cooling. I then try other setting especially the o/b reverse settings and everything works great now. I love that it pairs with Amazon Alexa.
