Nothing special! Vibrations are loud, and not relaxing! Shiatsu pillow quit working in less than one month! Returned!

I Love it!!!
I really like this mat. It’s very comfortable and I like the detachable pillow. The vibrations are equal and steady. It has a variety of settings that give me a deep massage to a light relaxing massage. It’s comfortable to lay on whereas the two I tried before weren’t.

Nice but not the answer for siatica pain
Had to remove the headpiece as the massager was too intense. It was fine, but really didn’t help my sciatic a problem.

Unhappy full body massage
This isnt exactly what I was looking for. Extremely uncomfortable . You cant have it on a steady setting. It only allows you to have it go through neck back lower back . I was looking for one where i could pick an area and keep it steady on the area I picked. I normally spend that kind of money on an item like this and now im regretting my purchase

Exactly what my body needed!!!
I love this massage mat! I deal with daily aches and chronic pain and this thing helps so much. It’s soft, easy to use, and gives a nice full-body massage with adjustable settings. The heat option feels soothing, not too hot, just right for relaxing my back and shoulders. I’ve even fallen asleep on it a few times! It’s a bit bulky and heavy for me but totally worth it for the comfort. Definitely recommend if you need some relief after a long day.

Works awesome
I bought this for my husband because he has continual back issues. The heat the massage definitely gives him pain relief. I lay out on the couch and he just lays there and watches TV. It is basically a daily ritual now well worth the money.

Disappointed in the longevity and the protection plan
This was wonderful in the beginning that I bought a second one for my husband. They worked great the first few months until all body zones except for 1 stopped working on mine. The extended protection I bought told me it was too soon and was still under manufacturer warranty so contact Amazon. I contacted Amazon and was told I would get a refund in about 5 days. 7 days later I called Amazon again to find out about the delayed refund only to be told it wasn’t on file by this time my husband’s completely stopped working so the new person claimed to put it through and to wait another 5 days. Today is day 7 again and still no refund. This is the first time Amazon hasn’t held up for customer service.
