[Matter Compatibility] As an Air Quality Meter that supports the Matter ecosystem, it can seamlessly integrate with various smart home platforms (including Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings, and Home Assistant).
[High Accuracy & Fast Response] With this smart sensor, the PM2.5 accuracy is maintained at ±10μg/m³ (0-100μg/m³) and ±10% (100-500μg/m³), while temperature and humidity accuracies are ±1°F and ±3%RH, respectively. The continuous power supply ensures data updates every 2 seconds.
[All-in-One Air Quality Display] Monitor key environmental metrics at a glance—PM2.5, PM10, temperature, and humidity, all displayed together on one 3.73-inch screen.
[Triple Notification System for Air Quality Warnings] Get notified in three ways: via a sound prompt, a multi-color LED indicator, and app notifications. Customize all notifications through the eWeLink app to activate when PM2.5, PM10, temperature, or humidity exceeds your defined thresholds. Perfect for bedrooms, offices, and nurseries.
[Year-Long Data Tracking & Export] Gain valuable insights into your indoor air trends with full access to 12 months of historical data. View clear, graphical charts directly in the app and export the data for deeper analysis or sharing, helping you make informed decisions about your home environment.
[Integrate with Voice Assistants for Voice Control] You can check your PM2.5 & PM10 levels using simple voice commands through Siri or Google Assistant.

great value for a matter compatible air quality monitor!
surprisingly good for such a cheap monitor! i was a bit confused at first seeing very high PM2.5 values but once i placed it in a static place they settled down. i prefer the design having no batteries honestly, never have to charge it. the temperature, humidity, and PM values seem to be reasonably accurate. whenever i see a PM2.5 spike, there’s definitely a noticeable reason for it. the display – being not backlit – is only readable with a good amount of light, but that’s really my only complaint. matter compatibility made it pretty easy to connect to Home Assistant, which is the main reason i got it, and has worked flawlessly. it gives me really interesting historical data and i love being able to automate other devices based off air quality values.

Device works, but more information would be helpful!
PM2.5/10 pollution is a common problem when living in the city, and since the city doesn’t provide local readings, this consumer-grade product will have to do. As other reviewers noted, this is a decently-built device, but importantly, it requires power all the time, plugged in via the USB Type-C cable (although a power brick is not provided, as noted in one of the product photos). Some reviewers have said that the cable obstructs a wall-mount mode, and this is true, as the official website states that “the back of the device has air vents for gas detection” and that “[m]ounting it directly against a wall may affect the accuracy of the device to some extent.”While I have no way of assessing the accuracy of any of the data collected by the device according to industrial standards — either in a home situation or for calibration — the device does allow for manual calibration of temperature and humidity (if you have another thermometer or humidity meter you trust), but interestingly enough, not the main focus of the device, the PM2.5/10 sensor. An online search has some people claiming it to use the Plantower sensor, which is supposedly trustworthy. One thing of note is that the manual is pretty basic and reads like a technical booklet (rather than being very user-friendly). The product photos also include obvious spelling errors (“AirGurad,” “Mornitoring”). While the marketing might not inspire confidence, the product itself seems to be decent. As noted on the product page, a Matter hub is required for operation with Home Assistant / Google Home, etc. If you would like to connect to the device without Matter, an official app (eWeLink) is provided, however note that the privacy policy is governed by Chinese laws (Shenzhen CoolKit Technology CO.,LTD), which may be worrying in terms of data collection.

    Extremely impressive little sensor package
What’s not to love? It’s has a wired power supply, a big screen, and matter support. It’s also one of the most accurate and high quality climate sensors I’ve deployed within the house. I typically flash everything with Tasmota, and often build my own sensors for accuracy reasons, but this thing is so good that I don’t think I’ll ever do custom climate sensors again.

    Easy to read and configurable
Sonoff Air Quality Monitor works well, and the app presents data in logical view. Temperature was accurate comparing to my other thermostats and temperature gauges – which I know are fairly accurate.I have had this set up for just a week now, so unsure about the longevity, and the air quality level hasn’t changed from 0. Either I have clean air inside of the house or something isn’t right with the particulate measuring. Read other reviews for info on this. The app didn’t have great reviews so I was skeptical, but it seems to work well for me with lots of configurable optionsLastly, the LED is super bright! To see the air condition across room, that’s nice. It is adjustable in the app, and you can also set a time range(DND mode) so it turns off at night, for example.Nice AQ monitor, Matter compatible, Easy to pair with lots of configurable options – the particulate sensor operation is to be seen on my unit.

Disappointing product. Could have been better..
My particular model had the PM2.5 & PM10 sensor working for a solid 2 hours before it failed. Tried restarting the box and all and it did not work. Also, device is not fully offline.. Had to connect to it through the Chinese app and then connect to Home Assistant. I deleted the app, but there was no option to use the device fully offline. Very big bummer.

Easy setup; has to sit on flat surface, though
Setup was quick and easy, and this thing plays nicely with Home Assistant. I have no way of evaluating whether the sensor is accurate or not, but I put it in my kitchen, which for historic and architectural reasons lacks any kind of fume extraction. After cooking one (1) ANSi standard burger on the stovetop, the sensor registered 60 µg/m^3 for PM2.5, and it started beeping. What’s interesting is how long the conditions apparently linger. I finished my lunch — the burger was excellent– and washed the dishes, and it was still reading 51 µg/m^3 even in the absence of any remaining cooking smell. Opening the windows for just a few minutes brought the measurement down to 34µg, and still dropping. Under normal circumstances, it nearly always reads 0.The sensor is powered by USB-C, the plug for which is on the back of the device. This means that you cannot hang this on a wall; but this is probably deliberate, as there are air vents on all sides but the front. The built-in stand makes it obvious that this is meant to only sit on a surface of some kind. This is a real annoyance in the case of my kitchen, but seems understandable given the need to move air through the thing.

Enkel att koppla upp mot eWeLink appen i mobilen. Tyvärr så går det inte på ett enkelt vis sätta upp enheten på väggen samt så kräver den ström via en USB kabel som sticks in från baksidan

Working well with home assistant, alarm has gone off when cooking. I assume thus reasonable accuracy.

I recall the other customer who wrote a review stating the air quality sensor remained on zero indefinitely. That was probably because his or her air quality was good. After I installed this, using the app eWeLink, mine also showed zero for the air quality until the following morning when I fried some bacon, whereupon the number shot up. So, it works and it works well. It is very sensitive. When my neighbour lit his wood burning stove, my Sonoff air quality sensor recorded the fact, despite me being away from home. To connect to Home Assistant, remember to set the eWeLink app to “pairing” mode and it should connect instantly. It holds a good signal and the connection hasn’t dropped once sine I installed it downstairs. I’m very happy with the product.

Eccellente come tutti i prodotti SONOFF.
