I usually get back pain when driving for about an hour. I originally bought this for my Mustang but haven’t tried it in that car yet because of the winter weather. Instead, I tested it on the driver’s seat of a rental car during a 10+ hour road trip, and it worked great. When I switched to the passenger seat for a while and didn’t have it with me, I started feeling back pain again. It made a huge difference, so I’ll definitely be buying another one for the passenger seat when I go on road trips.

A little bulky but good
I bought this for my car as I have a back injury and the car has no lumbar support. This is a beefy back pillow! It’s a lot bigger than you would get from a regular lumbar adjustment in a car. I found it to be ok, but it’s a little too big and bulky. it’s bigger than the height of my lower back if that makes sense, so I always feel like I’m adjusting it to make it comfortable. It give cushipn/support for the low back and middle back too, which doesn’t quite work with my car seats. It’s ok and some days I use it, but I have a smaller one that is lumbar focused that i use more.

It provides comfortable support but the straps are WAY too short to reach around the seat back so it has to be repositioned every time I get in the car.

A surprise that the Support Pillow arrived rolled in a very small package. Fully explained with brochure. took about 6 hours to fully unfold. It was easy to install in my driver’s seat and provides perfect comfort to my 90 year old lumbar spine.Just received my second Support Pillow. I have one in my car (you don’t have to use the elastic band) so I can take it in with me when I visit. The new one I move to each chair I want to use in my home.

Comfortable and helps, strap isn’t made for large seats.
Pretty comfortable, I wish the strap was longer, I have a small Camry and If you had bigger seats this may not fit. It is firm but not too firm. Material is good quality. My pain is alot better driving with it.
