What a satisfying home treat for your entire body! I love my massage mat!!! Relieves pain, soreness, stiffness, for a better nights sleep. I feel relaxed afterwards as well. The cord connections took a minute to figure out, but the end is worth it. Buy THIS fitness mat. You won’t be sorry!

Not the best
I was not impressed with this massage mat. The neck massage was to intense and there was no way to turn it down, where it didn’t hurt! The rest of the massage mat was more like a slight vibration. There was no way of having 2 of 3,like knees and lower back. It was one or all. It was so noisy on the upper back that I couldn’t stand it on.

I didn’t notice the note “frequently returned item”. Now I understand why. I received one of those returned items! It didn’t work. It was already put together and I don’t know if it was correctly assembled or not. All I know is it was used!!!
