Stinky and ineffective
Purchased to help with an unfortunate leak we are experiencing. Ran it over night following the guidelines and it picked up almost no water. The chemical smell also did not go away either… washed and it cleaned it per the instructions and it reeks. Must have gotten a bad one as most reviews are positive..

Worked for 9 months. Contacted support and got a new one
UPDATE: A couple of days after my email they replied and asked for my order number and address. They sent a new one :).It’s been less than a year and it won’t work anymore. One day it was time to change the water deposit and after putting it back on it didn’t work anymore. Sent an email to support but haven’t received any response.

Poor Quality Control
Noise is quiet, but doesn’t do anything.I have had this running for 3 days and barely got enough water to fill the bottom of the pan. Got this because we had some minor flooding in our enclosed lanai that got into the rug. I know there is more moisture then that cuz you can feel it in the air. Seems like either it’s a bad product or I got a defective one.

It serves the purpose I bought it for – to get rid of the moisture in my store room coz I could see mould on the wooden shelves.For such a small room, we could collect a full container of water overnight.
