Very effective for the price.
I have very noisy dogs across the alleyway and so I decided to sound proof the bedroom so I could sleep in there. They are fairly effective at blocking the sound but we’re not as effective with the windows. I put some sunproofing panels along with the foam and I would say together they block out about 80% of the noise. I did stay home to my walls which was highly effective and has probably blocked out close to 100% of anything coming through the walls. For the price though extremely effective as I believe you would have to pay a lot more to get true soundproof panels.

I wasn’t able to test whether the noise was reduced. However, the delivery went very smoothly—though I do wish it had included some double-sided tape.
