Beautiful if you get a good one, great customer service from Costa Farms.
I was so excited to get this FLF tree. The shipping took longer than expected and that may have been a big part of the problem. When the box arrived it was left on my porch in the middle of a snowstorm. The box was ice cold. When I opened up the box I was devastated to see the tree was badly damaged by frost. The leaves were a funny color and they were all droopy. Once I got it out of the box I could see that the pot was cracked in several places. Thankfully Costa Farm including instructions and contact info if there were any issues. I emailed them and explained the problem, I sent them pictures as well. They responded less than 24 hours later. They apologized for the condition of the plant and told me they would be shipping me a new one soon. It arrived one week later. This time the tree was beautiful and green. No frost damage, and it looked healthy. The pot was in great condition as well. I would definitely order from them again… but maybe not in the middle of winter.

Poor plant health
Plant arrived in decent condition but after 2 days brown spots and mold were on the leaves. Some leaves are wilted from over watering and some leaves are dry and dying from not enough water. Ultimately this plant will have to be thrown out. I received this plant on the 12th and today is day 4

Beatiful and thriving!
A great purchase even though I was nervous at first. Fiddle leaf figs are sometimes hard to keep happy and alive. The plant arrived healthy and intact. Great that it arrived earlier not later and with papers showing it passed inspection before delivery. It has even grown 3 more leaves since I got it. Very glad I bought it.

Plant arrived dead. No response from customer service.
I’m not the person to write amazon reviews as I’m generally happy with almost every purchase. However, I just have to write something about this product and Costa Farms as the quality of the product I received is horrible. My delivery arrived one day before scheduled, and upon unpacking my plants I found that almost all of them were in terrible shape, almost dead. I didn’t want to raise a complaint and waited to see how they would do, only to find days later almost all of my plants ended up completely dead. I have submitted customer support tickets, emails and attempted to call/left a voicemail with Costa Farms without response for 10 days now. This company has not stood behind their product and has mailed me $195 worth of dead plants.I initiated a refund through amazon customer support since this company has ghosted me and hasn’t stood behind their product.

I am beyond impressed!!!! If your a plant lover like me RUN to buy from this company!!! First off you CANNOT BEAT THE PRICE ANYWHERE. SECONDLY YOU WILL RECEIVE A GORGEOUS, HEALTHY, LARGE, STUNNING PLANT that you just can’t and wont believe just came out of a box from Amazon!!! I have to be honest I wanted this tree soo badly. And reading the mixed reviews I didn’t know what to expect. I thought I was most likely going to get a half dead plant with leaves and branches broke. Nope. I opened the box and was beyond blown away. Honestly. It arriving super fast, it was packaged wonderfully and it’s just Gorgeous. If your looking for any plant Buy from this company. You will not be disappointed, in fact your most likely be kicking yourself for not buying from this company sooner. I am beyond thrilled to have found this amazing company and will be a life long customer.

BEAUTIFUL health and height!
Ordered a 6 Ft Fiddle and that’s exactly what I got. Packaged beautifully, no damage, soil stayed compact. SOIL: The soil was moist so I will not be watering him for a week (if yours arrives moist DON’T water for a week or use a soil meter… just wipe all the leaves down with water & cloth to clean them off so they absorb light best.) ALIGNMENT: It came with a bamboo stick to help the plant grow straight, I readjusted it so it was not blocking growing leaves). LIGHTING: I found a spot for him and will not be moving him around (this plant tend to not do well with change in lighting and environment). I find they do best inside when next to large window with at least partial light and where they feel heat from sun (with occasional misting with bottle for humidity). PLANTER: Normally I’d add something in the pot to give a plant height but this one was so tall didn’t need that, just left him in the pot he arrived in and put it inside a lager planter. There are holes at the bottom of the pot it came in for drainage. CARE: I will add Fiddle Leaf slow release fertilizer pellets the day I water and those will provide plant food for months to come (find them on Amazon).

Damaged Plant & New Plant
First plant arrived with 4 big leaves broken off, 2 others badly damaged. Brown spots on several leaves ~ see pic. But the other 3 Costa Farms plants I’ve gotten are lovely, so ordered another Fiddle Leaf Fig, and it is gorgeous! Had to edit my first one-star review to be fair ~ last pic is of healthy new plant. Lost $$ on this transaction, though…

The WORST plant I’ve ever rec’d from you!!It arrived wilted& brown..dead. I want a refund! This was expensive plant..$69.85..I can’t affiird that for a DEAD plant! Never again Costa farms!!
