Heats a bedroom easily
This is a small but MIGHTY heater. My home office gets cold and I have to keep the door shut to keep puppies out of there while I’m working. This has been all the heat I need. It warms up fast and runs quietly. It shuts off automatically if it’s tipped over. Looks nice, too. The oscillation feature is great, it distributes the heat across the room so you don’t have a hot spot in any one area. I love the remote control. I can control it from across the room and adjust it for my comfort without getting up and interrupting my work. My office is a fairly large space, and I stay toasty with just this one small heater.

Nice inexpensive space heater for small spaces
Nice little heater for a really good price. Got it and immediately plugged it in and it’s heating up my kitchen as I type. The back wall of my house faces the outside and the kitchen gets so cold unless I am actively cooking with the oven. I can feel the cold air coming up through the sink and it makes cooking prep and doing dishes really unpleasant. It’s pretty quiet and I like the remote, so that I can turn it on from the living room and let the kitchen heat up a bit before I go in there. The oscillation feature is nice too.

An economical oscillating heater for smallish spaces.
This space heater delivers value. It comes with a remote, controlling 2 levels of heat, one fan mode, oscillation if desired, up to 12 hour timer, settable thermostat and an eco-mode that shuts and restarts as the temperature rises and fall. Has tip over safety. The caveat is don’t expect too much from this small unit. You are not going to successfully heat more than about 100 square foot, 10 by 10 area if you want anything more than a mild temperature rise of a few degrees to take you from chilly to tolerable. Although claiming high heat of 1500 watts, the fan is too weak to successfully move enough air to disperse that heat widely, even on the recommended oscillation setting. Left on long enough, it will help but it will struggle in a drafty room. It seems well made, was definitely well packaged. The instruction book seems slightly out of tune with the specs but a bit of experimentation will deliver results. I noticed no real plastic smell on start up, a real plus. Bottom line, worth it, got on special for $36 bucks, tax in, delivered. This would definitely work best if you have to heat a chilly corner or maybe raise the temp in a 8 by 10-ish room. Will update if circumstances require.

The GOOD, the BAD, and the UGLY
I rarely write reviews but wanted to share my thoughts about this product and defer to anyone reading my comments whether they agree with my concerns about this company’s privacy issues or not.The GOOD: This winter I’ve tried several various space heaters and returned all of them except for this brand. I have both the 10 inch and 16 models of the FLANUR space heaters which exceed my expectations. Both the 10″ and 16″ models are extremely quiet and provide adequate heat to make my large bedroom comfortable. Both models do not appear to show any safety issues such as cords/plugs becoming overheated, but I’m not overloading the circuit either. The thermostat works with a reasonable temperature range compared to many other heaters that have such a wide temperature range they either never turn on or shut off. The 10″ model has a remote which works well.The BAD: The 16″ model DOES NOT have a remote control, and your options are to download an app, or control the unit manually.The UGLY: Privacy and security. Most people just hit “agree” and don’t read the privacy policy for the app. The app called “Havaworks” requests excessive permissions and excessive collection on your personal information, location, contacts, including use of camera and microphone. Camera and microphone to control a heater?! Give me a break! I realize almost everything we use in the U.S. is made in China, so I looked up the company that makes the FLANUR heaters which is: Ningbo Aotian Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. in China. When I tried to go to their website, my antivirus went nuts and blocked the site not safe. The heaters work very well, but do yourself a favor and don’t use their app,

Great space heater w remote
This is a super space heater – small but mighty. It puts out a lot of heat, oscillates, and best of all has a remote control. Well worth the price. Perfect to heat one room instead of the whole house.

Much needed, safe heating source
Easy setup. Remove from box, read safety notes and instructions for operating the remote, then plug into the wall…Unit is quiet when running which makes sleep uninterrupted. The auto shut off when it gets to temperature is useful. I set the Mode to ECO and it’s satisfactory.No initial smell as I expected.Functions well but this is just day two of use.Heat given out is suitable for taking the chill out of the room.If it continues to work well, I would definitely purchase another for other rooms.
