Worth the money
I ordered the 7/8″ size and it’s exactly as advertised. It fit perfectly with a nice snug seal around the door. Installation was straightforward, and you can immediately tell it’s doing its job, helping block out drafts, rain, and noise. So far it’s holding up well and working exactly as expected. Solid product.

Works great!
Now that we have been through several frigid, windy winter storms I can report this weather stripping/door seal works great. We did all our exterior doors, which had the original 20 year old weather stripping. For the first time since we moved in a couple winters ago, the front door did not whistle when the wind hit it!! My husband was not convinced changing the door seal would be enough, but it sure did the trick! We had fairly large gaps in a few places, and this was thick enough to make a good seal around the door. Cut down on drafts and noise, and probably heat loss. It was a quick process to pull out the old strips, measure, cut, and install the new ones. My son helped (because he’s taller than me), and it took us maybe 15 minutes per door.

Finally, a Quiet and Draft-Free Home!
I recently replaced the old, flattened seals on my exterior doors with the Bantie 40FT Kerf Weather Stripping, and the difference is night and day. If you’ve been dealing with annoying whistles from the wind or rising energy bills, this is the fix you need. Why I Love It:Insane Value: 40 feet is a generous amount of material. I was able to seal two full doors completely and still had some left over for a smaller side door.High-Quality Build: The foam is soft but has great “rebound” (it doesn’t stay flattened after the door has been closed for a while). The PE cover is tough and looks like it will hold up against the sun and rain for years.Perfect Fit: It popped right into the existing kerf/groove without any struggle. No adhesive mess or nails required—just a pair of scissors to trim it to length.Immediate Results: As soon as I closed the door, I noticed how much quieter the house became. It creates a tight, snug seal that shuts out drafts and street noise perfectly.Pro-Tip for Installation:Make sure you clean the groove in your door frame before pushing the new seal in. A quick wipe-down ensures the “barb” part of the strip seats perfectly and stays put.Bottom Line: This is a high-quality, professional-grade seal that’s incredibly easy for a DIYer to install. My AC isn’t running nearly as much now that the “leaks” are plugged!

Excellent Weatherstrip – Easy, Efficient, and No Waste
This is a great product and incredibly easy to install. The 40-foot length comes as one continuous piece, which is a big plus—it eliminates waste and makes the process more efficient. It took me about 5-10 minutes per door, and I had enough material to seal two doors with some left over. I appreciated not having to pre-measure or pre-cut. I simply started at the top or bottom of the door frame (depending on the direction I needed), and trimmed the strip at the end of the run. That approach saved time and ensured a perfect fit without worrying about incorrect cuts.Highly recommend for a quick, effective door seal upgrade.

Easy to install and seems like decent quality
Got mice in my garage. They tried to get into the house via chewing through a bunch of this weather stripping on my door. Thus, I purchased this to replace it. I cut out the damaged portion on my door and cut this to fit. It worked great and was a pretty easy install. It looks very similar to what was originally on the door so no one can tell anything was replaced. I’ve had it installed for about a year now and haven’t noted any issues.

Good quality and worked well for my usage
easily replaced my old exterior door weather stripping which was flattened and deteriorated. Door seals up really nicely now although you have to push the door pretty hard to get latch mechanism to fully catch (this is a good thing as it shows you are compressing the thicker stripping)

A good fit and easy replacement
A good fit and easy replacement to upgrade my exterior door seal. I had plenty for two doors.
