Does a pretty good job. I got it to cover my door but got a solid core door and now use it to cover the bottom

Very strong chemical smell, do not recommend if you have kids, animal or do not have a separate room to wait like 3 days for the chemical smell to ‘disappear’ and do not block the sounds was promised, remove the echo! if you decided to try I suggest to use a pressure heavy duty rod for this curtain since they are heavy

Keeps the noise to a minimum
Trying to sound proof my living room since that is where the dogs are and bark a lot. I should have measured the length better, it’s a bit long but I made it work.

Smells and false advertisement
Cheap. It’s supposed to be 18 plus lbs. I weighed it to be 16.4 lbs x 2 = 12.8 lbs. it’s stores to be non-toxic with no smell. It has a hormone sneak with a lot of black dust. Disappointing.

Heavy, solid construction. Does a pretty good job at cutting down noise and echo in the room. Don’t expect miracles – it does not block out all road noise, but it does cut it down for sure. Happy with the investment.Also – a good idea to air the blankets out for a day or two first (as with anything you buy that comes packaged… even IKEA mattresses tell you to do the same)
