SAVES UPPER ARM, PLEASANT TO USE
I sleep with one arm almost stretched out above my head. The “holes” in this pillow protect the upper arm from the weight of the head pressing down on it. The material is soft, pleasant to lay the face on it, and yet, strong enough to support the arch of the “holes” for the arm. The three “holes” for the arm are a plus – gives a choice of arm placement. Other similar pillows only show 2 “holes”, which is more restrictive. RECOMMENDATION: upon receipt, leave it out to air for a few days since the pillow is synthetic plus it arrives wrapped tightly in plastic. After a few days, it is just fine.

It’s already helping with my shoulder pain.
I always sleep with a VERY thin Pillow. I have been noticing left shoulder pain. I woke up, and my head was pressed into my shoulder, and lots of pain. I then purchased this pillow. While it took a few days to get used to it, my shoulder is getting better by the day. I think I have been sleeping the wrong way for 20- 30 years. I really think this Pillow design will help me recover. A+

Too hard on top, caused jaw pain!
The top is too hard and pushes on my jaw. I woke up in the middle of the night and my jaw hurt and was making a snapping sound. Otherwise it’s a good pillow. I returned and ordered another very similar with 3 firmness zones.

Didn’t work for me
Good in theory but this pillow was too tall for me and raised my head too high and out of alignment. Would be better if they offered different heights. Would not recommend for petite women.

This pillow is well made, and I have no complaints about the idea. It simply didn’t work for me. It seemed too firm, and didn’t relieve my shoulder stress/pain at all. In fact, it may have even made it more painful. This might work for someone else, but it was completely unsatisfactory for me.

Great product – highly recommend for side sleepers
I have been sleeping soooo well since I got this. It’s soft but provides enough firmness to give adequate support. No more pins and needles, pain or numbness in my arms in the morning. Cradles my neck so well. Even though the case can be removed and washed I ordered some king-size zippered pillowcases to make it easier to keep clean and fresh. I only got it mut the materials seem very durable. On its own it looks very attractive. Very versatile. I put it on top of two pillows when I need something to prop me up in a sitting position for reading or watching TV etc. great value for money in my mind. Can’t put a price on a good night’s sleep. I’m soooooo glad I bought this. I’m going to recommend it to others.

J’adore le principe de conception de cet oreiller de positionnement latéral. Je dors de côté depuis mon enfance et je n’ai jamais été à l’aise de dormir de dos donc je cherchais une solution pour éviter de me réveiller en plein milieu de la nuit avec le bras tout engourdi par le manque de circulation sanguine.Cet oreiller est fait de matériaux de très bonne qualité. La mousse mémoire dedans est vraiment de la mousse mémoire selon moi et on peut facilement retirer la partie tissus pour la nettoyer.Ce que j’adore de cet oreiller, c’est qu’il permet plusieurs positionnements différents selon l’angle de votre bras puisqu’on retrouve 3 trous en dessous. Ça me permet de trouver ma position idéale pour rester confortable et aussi de changer un peu de position durant la nuit sans trop déplacer l’oreiller inutilement.Ça moule tellement bien ma position que bien honnêtement, alors que j’avais besoin avant de 3-4 oreillers pour trouver ma position idéale , je n’utilise maintenant que celui-ci et j’arrive à dormir sans les autres.Ça tient très bien malgré le poids de ma tête et ça ne renfonce pas exagérément donc le couloir pour ma main n’est jamais obstrué.Le produit est très fidèle aux photos de sa page officielle. La taille n’est pas exagérée par un effet visuel et on reçoit vraiment ce qu’on voit. Je trouve la page du produit bien conçue, attrayante et elle fournit les informations pertinentes. C’est donc une expérience très bonne pour moi.Je dirais que, compte tenu le bon standard de qualité, la valeur de cet oreiller peut se trouver entre 35 et 50$. Je le recommande pour les gens qui dorment de côté.

This pillow comes tightly vacuum sealed into a bag. You do need to release it and let it fluff out for a day or two before assessing its firmness.I was very excited to try it out. I currently use a coiled up pregnancy pillow to accommodate my side sleeping with my arm tucked underneath.At first use, I really liked it. It is shaped perfectly to fit a side sleeper. However, as I slept with it, something just didn’t feel right. I almost needed it to be a bit more elevated at the back, and at the same time, I kept sort of sliding off of it at the front.That being said, my daughter stole it almost immediately and has been using it for three weeks. She loves it. It seems that whether it’s perfect for you depends a bit on your body type and needs, and it’s great for some.I am planning to steal it back and try again for a bit longer, as my body likely just needs to adjust to a new sleeping position.The pillow is well made and firm while soft in a good way. The cover zips off for cleaning when needed.I would definitely recommend this as something to try for side sleepers.

This is a high quality side sleeper pillow. I’ve got a bad habit now of putting my arm below my pillow and underneath my head area, and I keep waking up with stiff pins and needles hands and arms. It’s not good for the joints or nerves to be having the weight of my head on top of my arm but it’s such a hard habit to get out of, because it starts off being comfortable. I’ve gotten one of these arm pillows before, but it included a hard insert that ended up breaking. I’m so glad that there’s just the memory foam, and that it’s strong enough to not bend all the way down to the bed, because of the way that it’s made. I also like the fact that it was double vacuum packed sealed, and there are two zippered covers. So you’ve got the traditional pillow cover, and then the memory foam has a zipped cover that you can also wash. So that was an unexpected bonus.Update: Sleep outcomes. I didn’t find this pillow was helpful for my side sleeping, because the my neck did not get craddled. My head fits on the pillow, but the curve is too deep. Therefore, my neck is left without support. I guess this is to make sure the pillow is not resting on my arm, but it doesn’t quite work. Also, my arms are too thick. Therefore, the pillow feet did not remain on the bed–they got lifted up with my arms! So basically the pillow was just surfing around. Maybe a slimmer and taller person would have better luck with this pillow. I had great hopes for it, but now it will be used for propping up legs, reading in bed–on my back, propping various body parts, but not great for side sleeping! I’m 5’3 and 1X sided woman.

I’m stuck between giving this 3 or 4 stars.The item quality is overall good. The cover is soft, the memory foam is supportive but still has some give. The hole for the arm is great for side sleeping and taking pressure off the nerves, neck, and shoulder.The pillow is pretty compact/small. I’m a smaller person (female, 5’4 and 130lbs) and this is just the right size for me in terms of its overall dimensions. HOWEVER, this item is much too high. When using this, i find my neck is not in a neutral position. Rather, the pillow is higher than my shoulder (and i have wider shoulders) and this results in my neck being at an angle and strained.After using this a few nights, while i want to love this, it’s just too high and creating a whole different set of problems while solving one.Now, if you have a larger body size than me or wider shoulders, you may not have the issue of your neck being at an angle rather than neutral position. This pillow could work is there is the option to purchase different heights.I haven’t yet tried it between my knees but hope it works for this. If it doesn’t, this review will be updated.

I needed this kind of pillow because I am a side sleeper. If you are a side sleeper, you know that when you wake up in the morning, you might wake up with a numb arm, a sore shoulder, and even a sore rotator cuff area. This pillow is made specifically to solve this problem. The arm tunnels in this pillow are not just for show; they really do work well. They let you go through the pillow and under it, as opposed to twisting your arm around the pillow as with a regular pillow.The memory foam in this pillow is comfortable and soft and holds the shape of the head and neck well without becoming flat. The head and neck are in a good position, even when you are a side sleeper most of the night. The alleviation of shoulder pain is not just a feeling; when the shoulder joint is not being compressed, when you wake up in the morning, you won’t wake up with a stiff and tight shoulder from side sleeping.What I did not expect was how well this pillow would be constructed for use outside of just sleeping. The three-part design of this pillow makes a lot of sense for everyday use. The design of the pillow allows for good airflow, which means it does not retain heat well, which is good because memory foam retains a lot of heat. This pillow is also easy to clean, which means the cover of the pillow will last a long time.This pillow is not a cure-all for all the problems associated with sleeping, but if the problem is numbness in the arm and shoulder pressure, this pillow does solve those problems well. The design of this pillow seems well thought out for side sleepers, and even after a while, it is hard to go back to a regular pillow without realizing the difference.
