Is it normal that the sound is loud when I first turn it on?
Yes. We’ve upgraded the Lumbar and Seat motors to 4,900 RPM for deeper relief. The device starts at Medium intensity by default. If this massage chair pad feels too loud, simply switch to Low intensity for a quieter yet powerful massage.
How long does it take for the back massager to heat up, and how warm does it get?
It takes 3-5 mins to pre-heat. Low: 90°F(3m) to 100°F(15m). High: 95°F(3m) up to 124°F(15m). Uses Graphene tech for safe, steady warmth. Please allow a few minutes to reach the optimal, cozy temperature.
What should I do if the vibration feels too strong/weak?
Adjust via controller: 3 levels available. Low (2000 RPM), Mid (3200 RPM), and High (4900 RPM). If it feels weak, please switch to the 3rd level for maximum intensity. Includes 5 modes for a custom experience.

Great for those long drive and for your back
Got this for my husband work truck since he does a lot of traveling and sitting a lot and he says it has been work great for his back. Keeps him relax and the pad is comfortable and soft. He loves the heating to it and the difference settings it has. The pressure to the vibration is strong if you need it to be. It was a good investment for his long drives away from home.

Very Nice, relaxing heating pad.
It was almost exactly what I was looking for, i.e., a heating pad with shiatsu massage motors. i didn’t realize that the elements in this pad vibrate rather than roll. It IS comforting and it does help my sore muscles in the back and, depending how I lie on it, my neck as well. i like the control pad and various options for intensity, choosing areas on the body and whether or not to add heat. It stops after 15 mins., which I guess prevents overheating, but I wish you could choose when to shut it off. Overall, it’s well-made, offers relaxing vibration and warmth. Next time, I would pick the actual shiatsu sort of pad, since they are so relaxing, they’re almost hypnotic!

You’ll need more than one!
This back massager/cushion is so delightful that my husband won’t give it back! I strapped it to his office chair (he works from home) for him to try out. Little did I know how much he’d love it! It transforms the entire feel of the chair without even turning it on—the cushions are so comfortable! The remote control is attached on the right side and very easy to navigate. (A side note; there is a pocket on the right side in which you can tuck away the controller, keeping it neatly nearby.) There are separate areas of the back which can receive massage; upper, lower, hips and thighs, and three levels of vibration. The lumbar support is operated by using the bulb pump that is also attached on the right side. A wonderful feature is the heat function, which will keep you comfortable even in the chilliest air conditioning or brutal winter weather. My husband is always cold so this is probably the most important feature for him! One can set a timer for 30, 60 or 90 minutes and then the unit shuts itself off. For someone like my husband who sits for hours at a time, this back massager will rejuevnate and revive your back, buttox and legs and enable you to be much more comfortable. I really wish we’d found this years ago, it is making my hard-working husband far more happy as he works. Highly recommend for folks who sit for long periods of time.

Great Value for the Money!!
Comfier has made another rockstar product. The box it comes in is perfect for storage and travel. They made it very easy and user friendly. The material feel very luxurious and soft. Functionally it works as advertised. The multiple massage functions along with adjustable heat and lumbar support make this a must have for sore back and muscles. You don’t feel the motors just sitting in it so leaving it in your chair for ease of use is great. The only thing I could say I would add is maybe some type of extension strap for bigger chairs such as my recliner. The existing straps are made to fit more traditional upright chairs. It will also fit around most automotive seats. Great for passengers on long rides. *Not recommended for the driver as the massage and heat could cause drowsiness. You can purchase a 12v car plug for these on Amazon. I have one of these made by a different manufacturer and this one tops the old one. The added lumbar support puts it over the top. I would recommend this to anyone that deals with the occasional muscle aches and pains or just a way to sit and let the days troubles melt away for a little while. It’s a must have item and can’t wait to try it out on our road trip on January. I have chronic pain from the waist down and I would never be able to ride more than an hour without my heated seat cushion and massager. Again this one has the added lumbar support so this will also help tremendously as our vehicle doesn’t have adjustable lumbar in the seats. Thank you Comfier for making travel possible for me.

Perfection
Absolutely perfect! Just what I need, having rheumatoid arthritis sore joints switch around and different from day to day. This has various regions you can turn on or off so this works well for me. And yes, like others have said. The elastic is too small to secure the top to a lazy boy but one can tie a weight to the elastic to keep it in place, or tie store-bought elastic to fit if you like. No biggie. Works great

Will not turn off using the power button.
I love this massager but it will not turn off. The neck massager continues to vibrate when power button is off. I am trying to get through to support. Maybe there is a solution so I can give it 5 stars.Update: I got through to customer support (if you want to call it that) They agreed to replace the massager if I pay for shipping. That will cost more than buying a new massager! What a rip-off. Steer clear of Comfier.

The Comfier fits perfectly on to my chair and has a super-soft feel and a great amount of padding. Literally made my own home – PC gaming chair, feel 100 times more comfortable. The functions are easy to use and plenty. I liked the higher intensity on all of them – but the “tapping” mode was one of my favourites, the other being the full neck, upper & Lower back and seat modes and just recline the chair back. After 10 mins the sensation of it stopping is when you fully notice just how good this bit of kit is.I found myself stretching while sitting and this added a nice pressure to certain areas. Particularly the neck and lower back.Moving my head to allow the neck massager to hit the correct spot relieving the pain.Stretching my back on to it allowed the massager to achieve the correct amount of pressure to my lower back. This – is a really nice massager.The heat functions are very nice with heatable areas in the seat and back, which i’m looking forward to in the cooler months.This is perfect for office based situations and home use.All in all this is a great piece of kit especially if you have neck or back problems i found it relieved the pain & was a very relaxing experience, i would not want to be without this it really has done wonders for my lower back pain, i have bought other Comfier products & i am always 100% happy with my purchases, great company, great products.

This is a well made and serious product as mentioned in other reviews, with all of its features as advertised. There are two points I want to mention here. First, this message pad releases warm, soothing heat and not strong, therapeutic heat. So, if you are looking for something that provides stronger and more intense heat, you probably should buy a heat pad instead. Second, the mode of this message pad is vibration and not the usual ones of kneading and rolling. This is the major reason I chose this product. In my case, I have lower back pain and insomnia. Vibration, to me, is more effective in loosing up tight back muscles and less intrusive to the spine, relative to other modes of massage. In fact, it’s not easy to find on the market message pads that target lower back pain as most of them just treat the upper part of the back. If you are looking for a non-drug alternative to relax, get better sleep and manage muscle and shoulder pains, you can try this message pad. What I do is that after take a shower/bath in the evening, I do a heat message for 20 minutes and usually can fall asleep easier with less wake-ups at night. The message intensity that I use is ‘intermediate’. I also find the warm heat very soothing and comforting. I turn the heat setting to ‘high’. How this helps..

Lo coloque es un sillón reclinado y trabaja bien. No le di 5 estrellas porque solo vibra, no da masajes circulares, aun así se siente bien. Excelente para finalizar un día cansado. Tiene una cintas para ajustarlo al asiento del auto y el cargador puede cambiarse por un adaptador de auto supongo, pero no viene incluido.
