Great investment
Wonderful, blocks sound better than a standard door imo (probably the same level as a solid wood door), I ended up putting mine on a curtain rod with strong shower curtain hangers and it’s been great, blocks all light, it’s a very heavy curtain. It’s just the right size for a standard door, you’d want two if you have a wider door. Overall it works great, blocks light and keeps our room very warm.

Quality does meet expectations
Has made a significant difference in noise reduction. Only complaint was glue for the velcro strip does not hold the weight well and was not supplied all the screws for the hangers. Not a big deal to supply the few extra I needed though. Overall is a great product

I use this as a blackout curtain, but it does a good job blocking the noise.This is a good noise barrier.

Not As Described and Missing Parts
It was missing half the screws and all the plastic drywall inserts for screws.The blanket is pictured as having velcro down the sides but it doesn’t. It only has it on the top part (horizontally).The one I received seemed used, probably because they are so often returned.For noise level, it decreased it some but not enough to justify $100 price tag. It might help some if there was Velcro down the sides to seal more air from going around.I’m thinking I’ll just replace my door with a solid hard-core one instead of hassling with a removable blanket that makes it more difficult to open and close the door.Squishy weather stripping to stop air flow will be advantageous too.

Decent Quality, but Missing Included Hardware
The product arrived missing the screw anchors and the Velcro tape. Other than that, the blanket looks and feels okay. I’ve installed it but haven’t fully tested its soundproofing yet. Giving it three stars due to the missing hardware.

I’m really happy with this blanket. It’s thick, sturdy, and it actually makes a noticeable difference with noise. The Item definitely performs as expected. I’ve been using it to block out sound while I work and it has helped a lot. This is a well made and solid material, it’s not a cheap item at all. It’s very easy to use and I’m definitely glad I picked this up. For the price and size of the item, it’s for sure a great investment.
