Incredible relief
I work walking 8000 to 24000 steps a day on a concrete floor. This thing is incredible for recovery and relief of sore muscles.

In My opinion, this is not too good.
You get what you pay for. It’s a vibrating massage pad that comes with a kneading neck pillow and a somewhat kind of kneading foot massage thingy. The vibration function is ok, but loud and gets louder when you increase the power or speed. The pillow is terrible for the neck because it doesn’t really touch your neck that closely because of how it’s built and situated. The foot massage is not too good either, it’s pretty weak, all it does is just kinda tickles your feet can’t really use it on calves or hamstrings. Both foot and pillow, the moment you turn them on, the heat is also on, you will need to manually turn it off every time you use it if you didn’t want heat. Also I never saw in the descriptions and images of this item that states this is not meant for people who has severe osteoporosis, I only found out about this upon reading the instruction manual. Overall if you don’t mind loud, and just want something that vibrates for your desk chair, then this is a consideration. But this is not safe for anyone who has a spine problems and severe osteoporosis.

This mat is perfect for us. My hubby and I use it and I am surprised at the price for this. It seems like it should have cost alot more than it did. Do yourself a favor, order this! You won’t be sorry!!!
