Best money I’ve ever spent.
I bought this assuming it would be cheap and a waste of money, oh God no. This is by far the best money I’ve ever spent. Perfect for sciatica, the heat isn’t too hot, and the quality seems really good, very sturdy! I highly suggest this for anyone with back pain, neck pain or sore legs!

Life Saver!
This is great bang for your buck. I needed this for long days in the office chair and wow!!! I’m so happy I bought this and want to get everyone I know behind a desk one as a gift. The day after I was hurting from the aches but by the second day I felt refreshed and relaxed-no more tense muscles in my neck or back!

Strong, a bit whiny, bad car adaptor
Works alright, a bit whiny. It is just a rotational motion, I do like a bit more variety. The strength is fine, a little painful if I don’t have the angle right. It actually gave me a new lump in my neck, but that was likely on me, forgot to ride the wave. It felt good in the moment, not so much after. Don’t lean too much into it, even a light pressure with sieze it, which makes it one of the weaker shiatsu massages I’ve tried (but for the price it is cheaper to replace). I like how it will auto reverse. I don’t like the very short15 minute limit, wish it could go longer, maybe 30 minutes, but I want to give it ample time to cook down to preserve longevity.I wish I had the option of getting another cable so that I could move it from the livingroom to the bedroom without having to rewire from the outlet behind the couch. This is a definite disadvantage, especially since it is a specific plug, you have to replace the whole unit if there is an issue such as a power surge. If I had thought more when ordering instead of reacting to a pain, I might have gone with a different one.I tried the car adaptor, but it didn’t work. It was the first thing I’d plugged in there in my car, so I thought maybe that socket was an issue so I grabbed a DC-car adaptor converter I had, but it didn’t work there either. So now I only have one good cable with no backup. Since the device works it doesn’t seem worth the bother of a return for the car cable when I only passingly thought of using it in. Fingers crossed 🤞 that it lasts at least a year.

Not made for women’s ergonomics
It’s adequate at best. Heat is nice. For those who want a deep tissue massage look elsewhere or go to an actual massage therapist. I would say the massage intensity depends on how you position your body and how hard you lean against it. Was not able to get the intensity I wanted, when I leaned against it to increase pressure the rotating mechanism just stopped and would not start again unless I backed off it. The rotating mechanisms also started squeaking. I would also point out that this device is likely ergonomically suitable for an average man’s shoulders/neck but not optimized for an average woman’s shoulders/neck : the position of the rotating balls is too wide so women might find the massager disappointing if you’re looking for deep massage along the stabilizing muscles closest to the spine, or for your neck. My neck fits between the two roasting ball assemblies without much contact on my neck at all, certainly no contact along the spinal muscles unless I shift to one side or another. Would love for a manufacturer to for once make a medical device sized for women’s bodies but here we are.Update: the thing stop working entirely (won’t turn on) after 3 months of use. Don’t waste your money.
