I bought this for my husband and we both ended up using it every day. The massage is surprisingly strong and really helps relax the back and shoulders after a long day. The heat function is a great bonus — it feels very soothing.Good pressure, not too strong but very relaxing.It’s easy to use and works well on the lower back, neck, and even legs. Comfortable and well designed. Definitely a great purchase for the price.

Fits on both my couch and office chair
I have been suffered with my lower back pain for many years. It comes and goes.. I have tried foam roller, back pillows, and Chinese meds patches. I have been using this massager for about two weeks now, and I love it. It has three different levels of strength. I like it has a heating feature that makes it even better during winter. I would use it when I sock my feet before going to sleep. It has been a great investment for my wellness.
