Comes with 12 foam panels, 1 inch thick, 12×12 inch diameter, stick them to any wall. Great panels
These are really good 1 inch thick acoustic panels. They come vacuum sealed so tightly that you won’t believe it’s 12 panels. You have to unpack them and wait at least a day for them to decompress before installing them. Each panel is 12 inches by 12 inches and one inch thick. They are simple to install. They have an adhesive backing. You just peel and stick them. They will stick to pretty much any surface. This stuff is great for reducing the echo in recording studios. I put a panel behind my studio monitors. This would also be great for home theaters, restaurants, meeting rooms or even classrooms. It really does reduce the noise from bouncing around a room even if you just do one wall. The foam is really east to cut with a pair of regular scissors if you need to fit it to a specific size. For $13, this is a great deal. You could do a whole room with this stuff for very cheap if you needed to.One thing to note, 1 inch foam is great at stopping noise from bouncing around the room, but it’s quite thick enough to “sound proof” a room. It will greatly help, but that’s not really what it’s for.Overall, I would absolutely recommend these acoustic panels. They look just like the photos and work fantastic. They are such a great price too. This is a 10/10 product

Simple solution for muffling background noise
I picked up the HERTBER 12-pack self-adhesive acoustic foam panels to help reduce the noise coming from my AC closet. My office is right across the hall, and when the AC kicks on, it can be pretty distracting, so I needed something to dampen the sound without a full renovation. These panels seemed like an easy, quick solution.Installing them was straightforward. The peel-and-stick adhesive is strong and covered the back of each 12×12-inch panel completely, so they stayed in place on the smooth door and wall surfaces without additional glue. The foam expanded quickly after unboxing, regaining its shape within hours. Once mounted, the panels noticeably reduced the AC noise, cutting down the echo and sharpness of the sound. The 1-inch thickness and high-density foam feel substantial, yet they’re lightweight enough to adjust placement easily.Overall, these panels work well for small-scale soundproofing and are an affordable option for home offices or studios. I deducted no stars because they perform exactly as I hoped and are simple, effective, and safe. I’d recommend them for anyone needing to quiet mid-to-high frequency noises, like AC units, computers, or general echo in a room.

Density/padding just isn’t there for serious acoustic treatment.
Looks the part, but performance is limited. At 1”, these panels are too thin to do much beyond minor echo control. They’ll slightly reduce high freq reflections, but they won’t soundproof anything or meaningfully treat a room. Adhesive backing is convenient, and they expand fine, but the density/padding just isn’t there for serious acoustic treatment.Disclosure: This review is part of Amazon’s Vine Program, which provides products at a reduced cost in exchange for honest reviews (taxed as income). I personally test all products, and my opinions are my own and uninfluenced. I hope this review helps with your purchase decision.

Helped with sound and added texture
I got these foam panels to use where the noise is loudest. My youngest has taken a liking to music and plays the piano all the time, so I needed something to help with the sound. These made a noticeable difference in reducing echo and overall noise in the space. They were easy to put up and stuck well immediately without needing anything extra. The hold has been strong so far and I haven’t had any issues with them coming off. The foam expanded nicely after opening and kept its shape. The panels also added an appealing texture to the wall, which was an unexpected benefit. Overall, they were easy to use and met my needs.

Awesome softening of echo and ambient fan sounds
I’m actually really happy with these acoustic foam panels; the self-adhesive backing made setup a total breeze since I didn’t have to mess around with extra spray glue or tape. They are 12 x 12 inches and have a nice high-density feel to them, which has noticeably helped cut down on the echo in my home office. For a 12-pack at this price, they look great on the wall and do a solid job of dampening the sound for my calls and recordings! I’ll need some more to finish out the space, but these have been great so far.

Great value, just give them time to expand!
For the price, these are excellent quality and a great size for a home office or small studio. Just a heads-up: they come vacuum-sealed, so you need to unwrap them and let them sit for a day or so to fully expand to their 1-inch thickness. Once they fluffed up, the high-density foam worked great at dampening echoes. The self-adhesive backing makes installation very quick and easy!
