Worth it for better sitting comfort
I have been using this for over six months now, and it has definitely helped support my lower back. It has prevented my existing back pain from getting worse, especially since I can sit for long periods of time.It’s good quality dense foam that you can use on either side. Turned upside down, it allows a slight rocking motion if you like to move your feet while sitting. I personally keep it flat for steady support. The heights and width is good enough for a relaxed leg stance. I’m 5’3” and my husband is 6’2” and he loves it as well. The removable cover has silicone dots on the bottom to help provide grip for your feet or keep it from sliding on the floor. I have carpet, and it stays in place well.It is slightly pricey for what it is, about $46 at the time of this review, but it has made a noticeable difference in my comfort. For that reason, I do feel it is worth it.

I like it but the price is too high

This does feel nice, especially upside down so I can rock it back and forth. The rubberized bumps help keep it from sliding around. I can’t tell if it’s helped with lumbar or back/knee pain. I really do like it, but the elephant in the room… the price. In my opinion, this is far too expensive for what it is – literally a foam pillow in a case for your feet. I guess if you consider it a health product, it makes more sense, but it’s still just a foam pillow. As nice as it is, you could probably find a similar product for less.
