This footrest functions as described and provides additional foot support for seated use. It has primarily been used by my son at a desk setup, where it helps keep his feet elevated and more comfortable. An added benefit is that it keeps his feet warmer compared to resting directly on a cold floor.The adjustable height feature offers three levels. In our case, the highest setting was more than needed, so we settled on the middle level, which worked well once the chair height was adjusted accordingly. Having multiple height options makes it easier to tailor the setup to individual preference.The footrest does move slightly during use, but it stays in place under normal conditions and only shifts if intentionally pushed. TranquilRelax Foot Rest LargeThis is much, much more comfortable than I expected it to be. I’m using it at home. My recliner’s footrest was acting up. I wasn’t sure if it would eventually stop working so I wanted a footrest/foot stool to use. I searched for adjustable height foot stools, but wasn’t sure how reliable they’d be so I started looking at foam footrests. After reading several product reviews mentioning foam that crushed easily, I finally decided on the TranquilRelax foot rest. I’m short so I wanted the tallest one possible. This one has 2 foam cushions so it has an option of 3 heights. I currently use both cushions.What I like:—I appreciate that each zippered cover can be removed and washed separately.–All 3 pieces are velcroed together and zippered together on one side so they don’t separate when you use them together.—I didn’t think I’d like the roundness of the top cushion. I was wrong, it’s so comfortable, I switch my feet from the rounded portion, to the top of the cushion…every position is comfortable. I really like this design.—I’ve only used this for about a week so I can’t be positive…but it seems to me the foam will not crush or break down easily or quickly. The first thing I did was stand on one of the 2″ foam pieces to see if it would crush enough for me to feel the floor. It didn’t crush to the floor; however, It did crush down quite a bit, but I can’t feel the floor under my feet, I still feel quite a bit of foam under my feet.—It fits perfectly between the legs of my foldable SAIJI TV Tray/small table.—When using it under my SAIJI TV Tray, the foot cushion has a wall behind it. So I’m not sure if the foot rest will stay in place without moving. I push on the foot rest to rock my recliner. The foot rest is comfortable no matter where I put my feet.—When I need back support, I put a pillowcase around one of the 2″ foam pieces & use it for back support. It’s comfortable and works perfectly for me.—Almost forgot, the foot rest arrives tightly wrapped. It took less than an hour for the foot rest to ‘fluff’ up to its advertised size.What I don’t like:—I haven’t found anything I don’t like. If I do, I’ll try to remember to update my review.I’m really happy with my purchase. I also ordered a cube style foam foot rest at the same time as this one. The cube has two adjustable heights. I wasn’t sure which foot rest I would like best…and really thought that I’d probably return this one. Well, I like this one too much to return it. I haven’t used the cube one enough to review it. I’m pretty sure it’ll be a keeper too. One reason I purchased the cube style was my recliner’s malfunctioning footrest. There are times I sleep in the recliner and need to keep my feet up…I thought the cube style would be perfect for that purpose.I have since installed a new remote so my recliner is working perfectly again. yay! I’m still using the footrest with the recliner.

Best purchase for WFH ergonomic setup
This was the best addition to my wfh setup! As someone who is short (5’2″), getting an ergonomic setup is not easy. After buying many of the items recommended for the perfect ergonomic setup, I just could not sit comfortably for long periods of time without hip and lower back discomfort. My original ergonomic desk setup had fixed my sore hands, wrists, and shoulders, so I attributed the discomfort to tight hip flexors and soreness from working out. Well, I realized this whole time I could not fully plant my feet on the ground, which is what helps to support the weight of your legs and lessens the pull/strain on your hips and lower back. I think as a short person you just get used to not being able to touch the ground if you want to have your back supported, so it’s not something I even thought of until I did a little more research.The quality of the product is actually great. It comes vacuum-sealed, so I recommend separating the three foam pieces and letting them expand overnight. It feels well-made and firm but comfortable. The grip on the underside of each piece works well, so it does not slide around unless I’m intentionally trying to move it.I can see this holding up pretty well.
