Nice and Firm Pillow
So far, so good. My husband is very picky with pillows, and he loves this one. It’s nice and firm! The instructions state that you can throw it in the dryer for a few minutes to fluff it back up over time. They also give you extra foam to make it even firmer or to help reshape it if you’ve had it for a while. It’s comfy and easy to sleep on. It really is a cooling pillow. Kept him from overheating in his sleep. Very supportive and odor-free. I will update if this becomes a “rebuy” pillow when it’s time to replace it. However, I am pretty confident that this will continue being a great purchase!

I’d give these pillows 10 stars if I could! I bought in September… I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these pillows!!! You can take some of the stuffing out if you like a softer pillow and one side of pillow is a cool feeling! I thought it wouldn’t last but it is still cool!!! This has been the BEST pillow for my bad neck! Better than my old faithful feather pillow!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE & HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Perfect cooling and comfort with this pillow.
The pillow is the perfect amount of fluffy for my liking. I’m not a fan of super fluffy pillows. The cooling side of the pillow is excellent. The opposite side is just as any other pillow. For me the pillow beyond comfortable. No neck stiffness or pain whatsoever. I can’t really complain about it. Thumbs up for me.

Great pillow. Very comfortable. It gives me a good night’s sleep. The only problem is I have had this pillow over a month and it has a very hard chemical smell. It tames after washing but still there. I hope it wears off soon.

I have used it for a month but I am very impressed. The cool side is very effective. The adjustability of the foam is great. I appreciate having extra to refluff later if needed. Feels and stays clean. It’s big enough that it is comfortable to my shoulders and neck. I was surprised at how happy I was with this pillow for the price. (Last time I needed a new pillow I went through three and spent hundreds before I settled on one. So getting exactly what I was looking for on the first try was great! 🤩)

To cool or not to cool… that is the question
The pillow itself is comfortable, but the cooling side really doesn’t do a thing. It warms up very quickly once I put my head on it, so it’s really only good for one round of cooling per night even when you flip it. I’m giving it a bonus star because the rest of the pillow is quite nice, so I’ll use it elsewhere in the house perhaps for my back.

Ni trop dure, ni trop molle, elle s’adapte parfaitement à votre tête , et reprend sa forme lorsqu’on déplace notre tête , Je n’ai eu aucun mal de cou au changement d’oreiller et me suis facilement et confortablement adaptée 😴😂 , elle vient avec un sac de mousse mémoire en supplément , au besoin. Elle est d’une bonne grandeur, plus grande qu’une oreiller standard , elle remplit enfin ma taie d’oreiller . L’enveloppe de l’oreiller se lave très bien . J’ai du en commander une autre pour mon mari, avant que cela se termine en bataille d’oreiller 😂😂

The advertised “cooling gel” was complete false as the only cooling aspect is the half bamboo cover working similarly to a satin pillow case. For the most part works but overall disappointing due to the misleading description.
