I truly love these pillows. They are sent with extra filling so if their not firm enough you can add more and if their to firm you can remove some. You can make these pillows to your liking. They fluff right back up. Their comfortable and you really get your moneys worth. I love them.

**Review: Really Happy With These Pillows!**I purchased these pillows and couldn’t be happier!First – they’re cool on *both* sides—finally! I’m not sure why that’s so rare (probably to cut costs), but these actually have cooling material on both sides, and it works really well.Second – the venting around the center helps keep them from getting hot at night. A nice touch that makes a difference for hot sleepers.However, the third feature is the best: the filling. Like many adjustable pillows, you can add or remove the fill, and these come with a small extra bag. The base amount was just right for most people. I had to remove some for my wife but added a bit more to mine. The fill itself is excellent—soft but supportive. You sink into it, but don’t hit bottom.These pillows also have a good weight to them, so they don’t feel cheap. They fluff up great and seem very well made. I followed the recommended dryer run when I first received them and had no odor issues at all.Highly recommend!

Pillow stays cool for a while after you lay on it. You have the option to remove or add fluff for comfort and support. Personally I didn’t smell a “smell” people keep talking about but I also wasn’t trying to get a sniff of the pillow’s chemical properties. I just lay on it it’s really thick feels SOFT and durable great pillow choice

Good, but not life-changing
These pillows are decent but not amazing. I like that they’re adjustable and come with extra fill, so you can make them softer or firmer depending on how you sleep. The cooling side feels nice at first, but it doesn’t stay super cool all night. They’re comfortable enough, but not a huge upgrade from regular pillows. Good, just not life-changing.

This pillow changed how I sleep
Purchasing a new pillow online is risky, because a person does not get to feel the pillow before purchase as they would purchasing in-store. I had previously purchased another brand of pillow made of shredded memory foam; that pillow unfortunately was too thick and not suitable for me to sleep on. I decided to take a chance with this pillow after reading some of the most positive reviews on it. I slept much better than usual the first night I tried this pillow. For me personally, this pillow is suitable for both a hugging / cuddling pillow as well as sleeping on. This is a great pillow for side sleepers. I find it to be just the right thickness and firmness, without needing any adjustments, just the way it comes out of the bag. It does come with extra shredded memory foam; however, I found that I did not need to use it as the pillow was ideal.The downside of this pillow is that it has a strong smell to it out of the bag. This smell goes away over time. For what this pillow offers and its comfort, I found it to be an excellent price compared to other pillows.I highly recommend this pillow, particularly to side sleepers or to anyone that needs a good hugging / cuddling pillow.

This pillow is really good for the price,it’s cooling one side and supportive you can adjust the height by taking some foam out I highly recommend.

While the pillow itself feels cool to the touch & luxuriously soft, it does not stay cold. I’m a side sleeper & I found after 2 minutes, the side if my face started to get warm & I couldn’t sleep. I really wanted this pillow to be ‘the one’ that helps my menopausal night sweats, unfortunately it does not.
