These panels are effective, easy to set up, and give your space a noticeable acoustic upgrade.
I bought these acoustic panels thinking I’d just reduce a little noise in my space, but what I didn’t expect was to feel like I accidentally upgraded my room into a full-blown recording studio—minus the actual talent. The first thing I noticed is how big these panels are; when I took them out, I had a brief moment of “wow, this is either going to look very professional or very suspicious,” but once they were up, it leaned heavily toward professional. The egg crate design gives off serious “I know what I’m doing” energy, even if I’m just trying to stop echoes from making my voice sound like I’m broadcasting from a cave. Installation was easier than expected, and once they were on the wall, the difference was noticeable right away. Sounds are more controlled, less echoey, and overall just cleaner—like my room finally stopped shouting back at me. I tested it by talking, clapping, and even playing music, which may or may not have turned into a full “sound test concert” for one person. The high-density foam feels durable, and I appreciate that it’s fireproof, because that’s one less thing to worry about while I’m busy pretending I’m producing something important. Effective at absorbing sound
These acoustic panels are a must-have for any home studio! The 48″x24″ size provides excellent coverage, and the egg crate foam design effectively absorbs sound. Tape didnt stick thought I was getting hard panels not foam i have to put up myself, will probably end up on burn pile.

What sounds?
I’ve been looking at changing a walk-in closet into a recording booth and I wasn’t sure on the material I was going to use until I found these. They have a great texture to them they do dampen the sound quite a bit and with the ability to stack them into each other you could actually make it a complete Zero Tolerance room for recording which if you are going to record in a booth you want to have as close to zero as possible. I would recommend for anybody wanting to get in to recording to pick a room in the house and install these. You will not be disappointed

Decent option for treating a space on a budget
They’re ok for the price. Ok sound absorption and I like how much wall I can cover with the 48x24s, but they’re kind of annoying to put up and don’t stick to the wall super well.

Acoustic panels
The large dimensions (4ft x 2ft) mean fewer seams and a much cleaner look on the wall compared to smaller tiles. Definitely worth it for budget-friendly sound treatment.The egg-crate texture looks professional and the foam feels high-density.

Generator shed
Bought these to muffle some of the sound from my homebuilt generator shed for portable generator. These went around the exhaust fan and air inlet as those are the areas that allow most sound to escape the shed. These helped reduce the sound by roughly 3 decibels which is a good value for me and my neighbors. Foam is inherently fire resistant but i made extra caution to install these as far away from the generator as possible. Just make sure you allow these to expand for a full 24 hours before working with them.
