It’s very bulky and quite cumbersome to place on the neck. However the power of the massage mechanism is AMAZING!! I wonder if Im supposed to remove the styrofoam and casing thats around the massage balls. It just makes it too bulky with all it inside the black case.

Works great! I didn’t notice I was getting the wired one before buying it (my own fault), but even still, it’s a nice massager. It’s worth the money if you can be close to an outlet or plug it into the car. It actually helped me get a kink out of my neck that I had been dealing with for a while. This massage machine is very useful because it has some rolling balls that is perfect like human massage. I am really satisfied with the results. I get really tight trapezius muscles so I thought I would give this a go! It really does get right in there and so it can be painful. I found after a few uses the pain became less and it made a difference! I love it. It’s not a replacement for human hands but it does a good job for what it is. As some others have noted, it doesn’t get very hot but is quite warm after the full 15min cycle.

I had looked at many products and all the reviews and decided on this one. This product is amazing. I had lots of knots in my neck and was really stiff causing me pain. After a short time of using this it was sorted and the pain had gone. It was tender at first because I was so stiff and lots of knots but when they were out it was amazing. I used it on my neck, calves and ankles. It is so easy to use, the controls are self explanatory. You can apply as much pressure as you want my holding down on the arm rests more. It is easy to store and very portable to move around. It comes with a car cigarette lighter connector so you can use it in the car (obviously not when driving). I have used it a lot already and only had it a week. It is very quiet and even when watching television it doesn’t affect it. Recommend it. So pleased I bought it. Love it!!
