Beautiful and durable!
When we first recieved our product it didn’t come with the charger so we had to reach back out to the seller. They responded very quickly and said they will send a charger immediately. After a few days we recieved an entire new set. Instead of just sending us the charger, they sent an entirely new one. We were very pleased with their quick and responsive actions to fix the problem with our first delivery. I will say, this lamp looks even prettier in person. I got two moon lamps for my younger two kids and this galaxy for my oldest and the galaxy is BY FAR more beautiful and has greater depth of colors. It looks even better in person than in pictures too. These products are great for children too. I use mine as “night lights” for my toddlers. They are made out of a plastic material that isn’t breakable and dangerous for kids. They also are chargeable so you can charge them ahead of time and leave it in your child’s room without having to leave the cord plugged in which means I don’t have to worry about my kid messing with an outlet. Also I don’t have to waste a bunch of money on batteries! My last nightlight that was safe enough to let my toddlers take to bed was using those little expensive batteries. My kids take their lamps to bed with them every night now. LOVE IT!

First of all let me say that the product itself is great! Great details, bright and dimmable, the remote control works well and with different color settings too! It looks amazing. That being said, the manufacturing boxes look like they had been used as a hockey puck! Beat up and damaged all over! I bought two of these and both of these are in the same condition. The funny thing is these were put in another box for shipping, and that box is in excellent condition! I did check to make sure that both of these work and they do, which is surprising, but the boxes were not where you could give them as a Christmas gift, which was my intention! So giftable? Could be if they cared to put them in a decent manufactured box instead of something that is so damaged I am going to have to put them in something else just to be able to give them as a gift! I also had taken pictures of these to show as there was an option to do this, but it wouldn’t work to be able to do this. Would have given five stars if it wasn’t for that!

I was skeptical when I first opened the box but having charged it and played with all the colors, it’s really very cool. It’s a decent size and the largest one I could find but I would have gotten a bigger one if that had been offered. It’s on a small round coffee table and it’s been a real conversation piece. Charge time seems great so far.

So there’s like 10 of these from “different brands” on Amazon between 15-25 dollars. I bought the 25 one that had the most convincing photos, but I have a strong feeling they’re all the same. The box pictured was a lie, there’s not even branding on the item or the box. The box it comes in is a plan light brown box with no color, design, or text on it. Inside you’ll find rough hay Easter grass type stuff as the only packaging.The Moon Lamp itself is bright enough as a night light, but it wont project light onto the walls, ceiling or anything further than 3 inches from it. I’ve bought 3 party lights off amazon around the same price and were impressed by all three of those. They really lit up the room well (especially the on that projects an underwater effect on your ceiling)I was hoping this moon lamp would turn my room whichever color I chose, at least a section of it near the lamp, but nope. The pictures lie. Also, it’s very cheap and ugly looking while the LEDs are off. I’m convinced 90% of the reviews here are fake. This is probably the most “Chinese” thing I’ve bought off Amazon, but at least it came in 3 days.The pictures show a nice smooth varnished wooden base to house the lamp. That was also a lie. The thing is made out of very cheap, non-sanded wood that’s neither varnished or painted. It gave me a splinter immediately. IMO this should have been 10 dollars. I’m just happy it actually works and the internal battery does hold a 6 hour chargeOther reviews said their controller doesn’t work, but those people are NPCs. You have to first touch a metal pin on the bottom of the lamp which will activate the lamps LEDs. Then the remote controller will work fineLooks pretty neat in a 100% dark room though.

This “Universe” is absolutely GORGEOUS! 🥰😍 I know you can do amazing things with this beauty, like suspending it from the ceiling… But I just fell in love with it in my solarium… the colors are stunning!💯👍🏽 I HIGHLY recommend this glorious piece- you won’t be disappointed! 😉

I absolutely love this lamp! Unfortunately it arrived damaged, the top and bottom were completely concaved. After contacting the seller, I spoke to a man named Andre. He gave me some tips on how to fix it and offered me a 40% discount. He also have me the option to return with full refund. Amazing customer service. And the moon looks like new again. I’m very happy.

It’s beautiful as long as you very strategically place/hold it as there’s a big white uncoloured patch on the bottom that doesn’t match the rest. It makes it look cheap, but as long as you set it just right so that spot cannot be seen, it’s otherwise gorgeous.

The product itself is pretty neat. Mine showed up with dents in it, and the material is sturdy enough that someone must have been booting it around with a steel toed boot to cause those dents. On the other hand, the product works fine. The colours are nice, it has a few different modes which all work and the thing even holds a ‘charge’, example being you can completely disconnect it from the power source and it will still work for roughly an hour afterwards. There is no battery support/wall plug in for the lamp itself, just a USB connection. Make sure you have a wall plug with a USB connector on it before purchasing. My remote control stopped working within an hour so I was given a used battery. It kind of seems like my lamp was returned and reshipped to 10 different people from the damage and lack of battery life in the remote. The remote itself is easy to use and has a lot of buttons which could be simplified, but that really isn’t an issue. From my experience, I’d give it a 2/5, although if everything had showed up in working order it’d be an easy 4.
