Best pillow ever!
I absolutely love this brand and this pillow. This is my third pillow and second purchase. The first one I bought, I loved it, got it because I was diagnosed with a degenerative disc in my neck, and I needed my neck position to be better. And because of this pillow, my neck has been in the right position and alignment, which helped me stay pain-free. I talked about it so much that my wife wanted one, so I purchased one for her. The Perfect Pillow
Frankly, I view this cervical neck pillow as nothing short of a godsend. I’m a side-sleeper. I’ve suffered from neck and shoulder pain for as long as I can remember, and, as others in similar straits can attest to, falling asleep even one time with either the neck or shoulders in the wrong position can lead to weeks of pain. And once the pain takes hold, a good night’s sleep seemingly becomes a futile pursuit.This pillow is simply, but ingeniously contoured with a mind toward ensuring both the neck and shoulders are in ideal positions for sleeping. The middle parts keep your neck at the proper angle for sleeping optimally and comfortably. The lower parts on the sides compliment this positioning by giving you a comfortable place to rest your arm, again, in the optimal position and angle.I cannot over-emphasize the value and importance of these features. Traditional pillows obviously don’t concern themselves with the more specific aspects of a good night’s sleep, the way this specialized cervical neck pillows does. By keeping the neck at a perfect angle and functionally ensuring that you don’t tuck your arms too high into your chest, this pillow eliminates the risk of waking up literally injured. Tucking your arms too high into your chest bunches your shoulders, and this, combined with a poorly angled neck exponentially increases the risk of waking up with the type of pain that creates a bad cycle – because it goes onto disrupt future night’s sleep. I urge you to put these needless risks “to bed” and get yourself one of these pillows. It’s worth every cent, and then some.

Almost perfect!
Almost perfect. It provides neck support for both side and back sleepers. The reason for the 4 starts is the softness of the cover. The fabric is not smooth. I tried to put a regular pillow case on top of it but it doesn’t stay in place due to the odd shape. It is the right height for petite people like me. Added bonus is that you can remove the cover and wash it.Overall it is a great design. I will give it a 5 starts if there was a way to but extra covers with a smooth fabric.

This is truly a marvelous work of art. My neck pain is finally gone because of the pillow’s support. I am amazed that the pillow was able to fit comfortable into the back of my neck and support anatomy so seamlessly. There is also an immaculate feature where the outer cover can be removed, which is very impressive for a pillow with that structure. I would recommend and buy more pillows for my entire family.

If you have rods and screws in your neck like me
I have been alternating between using buckwheat hull pillows and the My Pillow just so I could adjust the neck support and not feel pain. Those other pillows worked somewhat, but I knew there had to be something better. This cervical neck pillow is perfect in every possible way. I’ve been sleeping through the night and not waking up to have to adjust the pillow. It’s so soft yet supportive. The weight of my head doesn’t feel like it’s resting on a heavy brick (buckwheat hull pillow) and I can comfortably switch to side sleeping and have the perfect support I need. I bought a similar pillow to this at the same time I purchased this one and it was good, but a little too high and it forced my chin down onto my neck. This one hits the sweet spot for my neck perfectly. I have excellent alignment of my neck and for the price, I highly recommend! I don’t wake up with headaches anymore either.

It’s an okay pillow
It’s an alright pillow. I can’t lay on it very long because I start getting pains in my neck due to the stiffness of the pillow. I bought it in hopes to replace my other cervical neck pillow since this one is bigger, but the other one is far better. I only use this one for naps and nothing more.
