works great for larger rooms
This humidifier works great for larger rooms. It runs quietly, which is perfect for nighttime use, and the mist output is strong without being overwhelming. I also like how easy it is to refill and clean. It’s made a noticeable difference in the air quality in my room.

This humidifier works very well the only thing I would recommend changing is the water window be more clearer cause it’s to dark and you need a flashlight to fill the tank . Other than that it’s a great buy well worth the money.

Worked great until…
Worked great, silent… something went wrong and it stopped. Amazon customer service was terrible and refused to allow me contact with the seller. Upon leaving a review the seller reached out and was great about fixing the issue at hand

Perfect
Bought this for my living room. It’s perfect! Not to big and not to small. I didn’t want anything to small where I have to keep filling it up. This hold 2 and half gallons of water and last all day and all nite before I have to fill it again. And it’s the perfect size .

Cheap quality didn’t last more than a few days
I bought 3 thinking that it would work well in each of the rooms I needed it for. I filled and plugged in the first one it seemed to be working fine. I filled it the third time and noticed a puddle of water on the floor so I checked the unit and noticed a long crack on the side of the unit.I opened the next unit and filled it and plugged it in and water started pouring out of the unit from the top where the wire comes out of the unit. I am not happy.The third one lasted only a few days before it sprung a leak

First off , I’ve owned a ton of humidifiers , nothing compares to this Akeshan.It holds a massive amount of water , and the fact you can use clean tap water is a huge plus.It has a bright big display that shows level , and humidityThe remote is incredible and actually works from a distance and is responsive !This brought the humidity up during the dry winter in my huge living room with high ceilings from 28% to 45% in ONE HOUR , yes one hour.Could be the best value in humidifier’s on AmazonEasy to assemble , easy to cleanCan also refill from the top to top of the reservoirI will be ordering another.The design is sleek and looks good in our living room as well

Worth the money not to get static electricity
This works wonders! We have 2, we set one up in our bedroom and the other in our multipurpose room. That room is huge with a 16 foot ceiling and just one humidifier has kept us from the winter static shocks we used to get. It’s incredibly easy to fill for people with problems opening locking humidifiers. But, that also makes it easier to accidentally spill it if you would have dogs or toddlers (we don’t).The refilling leaves a tiny bit to be desired. If you are taking the base to a sink to refill, you need to ensure that you drained all of the water from the head. If you are just filling at the head area using a pitcher, that’s not a concern but as it can hold 6 gallons, we find filling them up at the sink to be more convenient.I wish the device came with a drip pan to set it in. We noticed just a small bit of water or condensation or something around the base occasionally so we purchased plant discs and they work great.It does shoot a stream of visible fog into the air but as it’s cold, there’s no danger in getting hurt.We fill the great room humidifier pretty much daily and the bedroom one every other day so we definitely use more water now but I’m very happy with the purchase and would recommend to most people.

Could be better…
I purchased 2 of these but I’m returning one. The humidity reader on the one I’ve been using is often wildly inaccurate (compared to two other types of meters I have) causing the auto features to be useless. I do love its capacity and effectiveness on a constant run, but I’d like it to reliably maintain a humidity level.Pros:Capacity!
