Efficient and easy to use
I loved my first one so much I bought a second a weak later! This past winter when temps dropped below the teens my heat pump had to be shut down and emergency heat used. I was worried about the bill so decided to try using those instead to heat the rooms we were using the most. They’re fantastic! quick to heat up, 3 modes of intensity which helped w maintaining temps, remote access via and app which includes setting timers and alarms to turn on! I shut off the central heat and used these in my 1000 sqft house for the last 6 weeks of winter.

Best for small or closed spaces
This heaters works well. It is completely quiet. Heats ups quickly, love that it has a remote and app function. I’m sending it back because the space I needed it for is open partially. It heats its immediate area but cannot warm the entire area well. This is better suited for an area that can be sealed off by closing doors or a compact area. My area isn’t huge but this won’t work for it. It is a good product though. Also the size and look of it is great, and it’s not heavy.

My feet are finally warm
I’ve only been using this device for a few hours, so take that into account when you evaluate this review. But you should also factor in that I am so happy with this product that I decided to order another one while it’s still on sale at 14% off.The most important thing I needed to know about this product was not in the product documentation: will it return to the previous heat settings if my house loses power? The answer is YES! Plus, it will reconnect to Wi-Fi so I can check the status.I had been using oil heaters because they were the only devices I could find that return the same heat settings after a power outage, unlike so many “electronic” space heaters. After I determined that I could depend on my home being heated if the power went out while I was away, and because MY FEET ARE COMFORTABLY WARM, I know now that I can replace those oil heaters that consume a lot of power which I’d been using to keep my pipes from freezing if there was a power outage.I can see the efficiency of this device by looking at the App which shows how many watts are being used. Down to zero if the space is really warm. 300w to 500w which seems to be about “maintaining” comfortable temperature in my home. Up to 1500W if the room is cold and needs to be warmed.BTW, connecting this device to the App and then to Amazon Alexa+ was one of the simplest product setups I’ve ever done!I hope that this device will continue to provide what I discovered after just a few hours of usage. And I hope that the efficiency it has been reporting in electrical usage is accurate. As far as I’m concerned, even if the reduced electricity usage doesn’t lower my bill by enough to cover the cost of the product versus how much I pay for electricity to heat my home for the winter, this changes the amount of electricity I’m using to have a comfortable home. That helps everyone!Also, I enrolled to receive the 36-month warranty. I have high hopes that by the time my warranty expires, my saving on energy costs will have repaid the purchase price.Ultimately, the most important feeling I have is about this product is about my personal comfort… my feet are finally warm!

Super quiet (makes no noise at all) and effective convection heater. Does take some time to heat the area but thats how convection heaters works (If you want instant heat then go with the ceramic type but it will be loud).The fact that that it can be controlled, and scheduled, through the app is just an added bonus. Set up took a few minutes and super easy to do.Had an issue with the heater but when reaching out to the customer service, it was resolved. And resolved quickly and easily. Not sure what else one can ask for.I was going to buy one from Costco that was similar style and cheaper (no app control) but am glad that I went with this instead. The additional cost is more than worth it.

There are only 3 questions you need to ask yourself before buying this heater:- Do you want the quietest heater ever made?- Are you okay with no fan and just convection heating?- Can you afford the price tag?If the answer to all these questions is yes, stop reading reviews and just buy this heater. The 5 star reviews are justified. I am absolutely stunned at how quiet it is. There are no ticks and clanks from expanding metal like you get with oil filled radiators. It is even more quiet than an electric baseboard heater – again no ticking noises.It’s silent. No coil whine. Nothing. There might be a small relay tick once in a while but it’s hard to tell because it doesn’t cycle very often. I don’t care about wifi functionality so I cannot comment on that. I can adjust whatever I need from the unit itself or the remote. The fact that it’s also a good looking heater is also nice.This is, without a shadow of a doubt, the best heater I have ever used, let alone purchased. I ****ing love this heater. The design team at Ballu should feel proud of themselves.

It does put out heat that one can feel if one is standing right beside it. It will eventually warm up a room.I used it in my laundry room close to my water jet pump in the crawl space to prevent freezing in the cold days. I had it set mostly on 750 watts and a few times on 1500 watts. I was kind of shocked at my hydro bill a this guy really sucks up the juice. All of those setting as in green and orange and red look nice and pretty but they do not save your Hydrobill.In simple terms it can be set either to 750 or 1500 watts. There is no magic trick that one can set to get lots of warmth and somehow a low hydro bill. To be honest I find your 40 to 60 dollar space heater with a fan puts out just as much if not even more heat and cheaper to run even as it shuts down more often as they heat up a room faster..
