Fantastic, but 2nd one I ordered is different! Using post hip replacement surgery.
* * update April 2026 – Ordered a second pillow and it’s nothing like the first.We split our time between 2 different homes and I ordered another one of these to use at the other home.This second one is quite a bit different.At first glance, they’re identical, but this second one is quite a bit softer and squishes down very easily.The first one kept its’ shape and unless I purposely tried to push my knees together and squeeze it down, it wouldn’t smoosh down. It kept my legs in place and it stayed in place when sleeping on my side and it was perfect for the movement restrictions that were placed on me right after surgery.This second one is much, much softer and without any effort, is easily squeezed down flatter. I’m 5’4″, 135lbs and even just laying on my side with it between my knees, it smooshes down to where I can feel my knees touch. Because it squishes down so easily, the ends don’t keep their shape so it doesn’t stay in place throughout the night.Luckily I’m at the point in recovery now where there are no movement restrictions for that leg anymore.The softness of this second pillow does not really make it very comfortable or useful for me, so unfortunately I’ll have to search for another that suits my needs.It’s unfortunate that consistency across these BlissTrends pillows is not consistent so it’s hard to know what you’re going to get. If you happen to receive one like the first one I received, you’ll love it. Get one like this second one and you’ll be disappointed.March 2026 – – Fantastic for help with sleeping post hip replacement surgery!I recently had a hip replacement surgery and as part of the pre-op instructions, I was told I should sleep with a pillow between my legs to prevent from twisting during the night.I tried this for the 2 weeks before my surgery so I could test out several sizes of pillows and get a feel of how they’d work during the night.None of the normal pillows I had at home worked. They were either too big, too small and they shifted during the night.I ordered this in the Large size and it works perfectly.Not only is it the perfect size for me (5’4″, 140 lbs), but the shape of it keeps it in place all night long.One of the instructions they give you post op, is that the surgical leg shouldn’t swing out to the side. That makes getting in and out of bed very different from usual, b/c you need to keep both legs together … much like how women used to keep their knees together and swivel in/out of cars.This pillow is ideal for this because as I sit on the side of the bed, I put this pillow between my knees. I squeeze my legs together and swing both legs up and onto the bed while holding the pillow in place.It’s also a great size to turn around and place under that knee when I flip over onto my back.BTW, though it did come vacuum packed, as soon as I opened it, it poofed up to full size in a matter of minutes.I couldn’t be happier with this.

Pillow time
There’s not much to really say about this pillow it does what it’s supposed to do. It is comfortable & functional. I needed 2 days to get use to it. It was vacuum sealed so be careful opening the pillow. I do love that if has a cover that can be unzipped & removed for washing. The foam is nothing fancy inside. It does provide help with back pain relief and it’s easy to use. Depending on how I feel I either use it directly at my knees or more towards my thighs. This pillow works for me.

Works great, excellent support while sleeping.
These are a great size. I bought one to use between my ankles to keep my legs and back straight at night. It worked so well I bought a second one to place between my knees and it also works great. They keep their shape and have not lost any firmness over the few weeks I have been using them.

Comfortable quality knee pillow
This is my second knee pillow and this one is by far my favorite. I use to have terrible pain in my hips when I slept at night until I started using a knee pillow to align my hips. It is a quality pillow that is well constructed. This pillow is a good size without being too large, it fits snugly and comfortably between the knees. It’s firm enough to provide support without being uncomfortable. It stays comfortably cool throughout the night so no overheating issues. It can be adjusted anywhere between the legs for wherever you need the most support. I would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a quality well made knee pillow.

Less forgiving memory foam
I’ve had other knee pillows and was looking for a replacement for one that was worn. I purchased this, hoping it would be similar, but it’s a lot stiffer. This is personal preference, but I do find it difficult to sleep with because the memory foam is less forgiving.

I love this. It is a great size. Before using it, I would wake up with hip pain, but no more. The cover can be unzipped and taken off to be washed. I am very happy with it, indeed.
