Exactly as described
This pillow came fast. I did have to let it puff up over night. It is exactly as I expected. I will update my review once I have used my pillow for a long time. It does seem a little skinnier than It looked but i think that is my own preference. It is a good pillow I would order again. The price seems to be fair.

Potential relief from back or neck pain while sleeping
I used this ergonomic pillow for several nights. For me, this pillow is not thick enough to keep your head up and worked best when placed on top of another pillow. The slim gray portion is very supportive whereas the larger white portion is much softer. I found using only the white portion more comfortable. However, I admit that placing your neck on the gray area with your head on the larger white area will provide more relied from back or shoulder pain. I tried using it while sleeping on my side but was more comfortable if I stayed on my back. while I have not used this long-term I can see the value in the two-layered construction to keep your head and spine aligned properly.

In no universe can these pillows be considered thick and fluffy
These are very thin pillows, but exactly what I wanted. At 4.5″ thick my head sinks down to about 1/2″ from the bed, perfect for me. When I turn on my side I have to fold over an edge to be comfortable. It may not be for everyone, but I wake up without a stiff neck.Unfortunately for me, the pillow got thicker after about a week
