Seems to help and comfortable
Very comfortable memory foam definitely seems to help a bit keeping my neck propped up.. have been waking up with less neck pain than usual and it’s more comfortable than my other pillows

Absolutely a life saver, helps reduce the pain level after a night rest but most of all I’m able to sleep well at nights.One layer of the form is removable to lower the height if it’s too high or uncomfortable.This pillow was definitely worth purchasing!

Lumbar pillow–a modern update
This is the best lumbar pillow I have purchased since the last one over 10 years ago. I have spent almost 3 times as much but not experienced more comfort from a lumbar pillow.This design is an update of the older degeneration of lumbar pillows. Apparently, it has different layers, but I have not opened up the included pillowcase to examine that.After it airs out, 3 to 5 days, the strong chemical smell goes away and you’re ready to experience a good product for a good night sleep. TOOK AWAY NECK & LOWER BACK PAIN
Over the years I’ve has tried many pillows.When sleeping experience drooling, neck, and lower back pain with headaches. No pillows worked.This is the first pillow that worked and gave me relief. It is pretty innovative in design, soft, and roomy.I love it, wish I would of found it long ago.

Nice pillow but a little over priced
Wow, I wish I was buying it today- I paid almost $50 and it’s on sale right now for under $30! LolWell anyways. I took out the small insert because it felt a little too tall for me even on the narrow part. If I’m watching tv, I have the higher middle under my neck and if I’m sleeping the shorter middle part. (Check out pillow pics if you’re unsure of what I mean)It had no smell, so I was happy about that since some reviews mentioned a strong odor.There is no cooling effect as far as I can tell; is there supposed to be? (Suggestions below review mention it as an idea talking point lol)It is firm/sturdy, but squishy if you press it.So it did take a few nights to get used to for sure; I bought it hoping it would help a shoulder pain I’ve been having and the numbness in my hands (other reviews mentioned it helping those things) but it hasn’t made a difference for me. I will say- before this pillow I was waking up a lot more through the night to flip my pillow; I seem to sleep better/longer at least a couple nights a week now; not sure if it’s pillow related or not.Downsides- 1- I bought the queen size; and while the idea of the arm rest things on the side is great, they are far too small to actually use unless maybe you have really tiny arms. I’m an average size woman (xl) and to me it doesn’t even look big enough for a kids arms. So I was disappointed in that bc I think that would be nice and maybe have potential to help with the shoulder and numbing in hands.2- I feel like it is definitely a little pricier than it needs to be especially considering how small the sides are so I can’t really utilize it as advertised. I think the sale price they have for today would be a reasonable regular price, so if you’re interested, watch for the sale price and get it then.I do wonder if I’d ordered the king size instead if I would have been able to utilize the arm spots better if they are larger. So if the arm feature is something you want, consider getting the king size pillow instead.

Memory foam cervical pillow
This memory cervical pillow has helped improve and supports my neck and shoulders while I sleep. I’m comfortable sleeping on both my sides, back and stomach. I am not experiencing the pain in my neck and shoulders with the memory cervical pillow as I did with my ordinary pillows. It has a chemical like smell but I just sprayed some febreeze on it. Thank you.😊

Best pillow so far
I couldn’t get a good night’s rest to save my life before this pillow. I used to sleep with 2 pillows but now I just use this one and I fall asleep fast and wake up refreshed and ready for the day. No more neck pain or stiffness when I first wake up in the mornings.

Its definitely better and more comfortable than the “my pillow” i have been breaking my neck with. It has a removable pad so if its too high you can lower it. Allowing you to adjust to your height. I would recommend the lg rather than smaller one so you can really stretch your arms and shoulders the smaller one even for a small person like me the smaller one seems like my shoulders stay close if i tried to tuck them. The fact that im not in pain proves its has a nice quality memory foam with removable cover to wash easily,

Das einzig Negative ist, dass ich nicht schon viel früher auf dieses Foam Kissen aufmerksam gemacht wurde. Es ist tatsächlich eine merkliche Stütze für den Bereich der Halswirbelsäule, egal, ob man auf der Seite oder auf dem Rücken liegt, die Wirbelsäule dankt es Dir schon am nächsten Morgen. Mein Schmerzmittel-Verbrauch ist merklich zurückgegangen. Ebenso seit Gebrauch des Kissens auch die zeitweise unerträglichen Schmerzen im HWS-Bereich.Es gibt auch günstigere Kissen, die etwas kleiner sind, aber leider nicht den gleichen Erfolg zeigen. Dieses findet daher seine Bestimmung für die kurze Zeit der Mittagsruhe.Ich kann diese Errungenschaft ruhigen Gewissens zur Linderung aufgezeigter Beschwerden weiterempfehlen und ein ehrliches Dankeschön für die Entwickler aussprechen!

It’s very soft, the support falters due to the foam not being stiff enough. Also had a moldy funky smell for almost 2 months until it gradually got better.
