Perfect for nursing moms! And SI joint pain relief.
This is the perfect pillow! I have SI joint issues and this has saved my lower back. I’m not achy when I wake in the morning and my hips feel amazing. It’s light weight, firm, and curved to fit my thighs. It’s easy to keep between legs when switching sides. I can even lay with one leg straight when I need to stretch a bit. I was worried a bit that the size was going to be too small, I thought I’d need it for my entire leg and knee support, but I find this actually really comfortable. I’m also only 5’2”. I’m also nursing my 1 year old to sleep by side lying, it’s been heaven. I wish I bought this sooner! Five stars for me.

A Comfortable Side Sleeper’s Companion — Almost Perfect
I’ve been a side sleeper for years and have always relied on tucking a regular pillow between my legs for comfort. The Contour Legacy is a proper purpose-built upgrade to that habit, and for the most part, it delivers.It feels great in use — the foam is supportive without being stiff, the material is soft and comfortable against the skin, and the removable washable cover is a thoughtful and practical inclusion. It stays in position well enough through the night… for the most part. I’ll occasionally shift from my side to my back while sleeping, at which point the pillow naturally moves out of place. But that’s hardly the product’s fault — it’s doing exactly what it’s designed to do.Most importantly, it accomplishes the goal. It gets me to sleep more comfortably and with better support, which is all you can really ask for.My one caveat — and it’s a minor one — is that I wish it were just a quarter inch thicker. Given that it’s a molded foam shape, there’s no way to customize the fill, so you get what you get. That said, I’d love to see a future iteration offer optional sizing or thickness variations for those of us who land just slightly outside the sweet spot.A small wish for an otherwise solid product — 4 stars!

Helps my mom who has a broken hip
This pillow has really helped my mom. She has a fractured hip and it keeps her knees from laying on each other as well. My mom is bedridden so keeping her comfortable is the main priority. This pillow has helped a lot with her comfort.

What a KNEE Saver!! The BEST!!
If you are considering purchasing the Contour Legacy Pillow for between your knees while you sleep on your side, do not hesitate because you are just missing out on a MOST comfortable sleep 💤. I have used bed pillows, bought “knee pillows” that were so bulky and uncomfortable that I quit trying!! Until I happened upon Contour!!! It fits perfect and is not bulky in the least also is perfectly sized perfectly!! I wish I could buy you one so you can see for yourself!!! They finally got it right for us side sleepers, and the great reviews definitely had me try the Contour Legacy Pillow, and yes I am very glad I did!! Hope you also sleep as well as I do with this pillow. No bulk, perfectly contoured, comfortable and saves your knees. Happy Sleeping 😴

Good quality, but too thick
I was looking forward to this pillow helping me sleep better after back surgery. The quality is good, but it was too thick for me and made my hips hurt. I would try to return it, but it comes with a really large tag that I tore off because it would be in the way during the night.

Great for my auntie knees
Cash money took over for the 99 and 2000 and so now I have random knee pain. Can’t sleep without it. I was having knee pain when I woke up and could not pinpoint the cause. I slept with a plain pillow between my knees and the pain went away. The problem is the standard pillow goes flat and just is a hassle. This contour pillow is PERFECT to sleep with. Doesn’t move throughout the night, gives just enough. Not too hard not too soft. Doesn’t go flat. I’m a chronic side sleeper and this has improved my quality of sleep.
