Actually delivers.Let’s start with the cooling: I can feel the difference right when I lay down. Game changer for summer nights.And the adjustable height—I can’t say enough good things. I used to wake up with a sore neck every single morning because my old pillow was either too high (side sleep) or too low (back sleep). It’s always so nice when the product matches the description and pictures. I highly recommend this excellent pillow for side sleepers with neck problems. It’s even been helping with my torn rotator cuff and back pain which is an added bonus.

Very soft and comfortable, but not very supportive or cooling
I ordered the king size (set of 1), and it wasn’t exactly what I expected. It does have a cooling feel to the touch, but once you’re actually laying on it, especially overnight as a hot sleeper, I didn’t notice much of a cooling effect.The instructions recommend putting it in the dryer for 10-15 minutes or fluffing it by hand and letting it air out for 24-48 hours to fully expand. I tried fluffing it by hand at first but it didn’t do much, so I used the dryer and that helped it expand more.The pillow itself is very soft and comfortable, but it doesn’t have much support and it’s not very firm. It tends to flatten and doesn’t hold its shape well, even with the two inner pillows.I do like that it fully unzips along the side, which makes it easy to access and remove the inner pillows.Overall, this is a good option if you prefer a very soft, plush pillow, but not the best choice if you’re looking for something more firm and supportive.
