Beautiful!
I have wanted a peace lily for quite some time now (1 1/2 years or so). I have been looking forward to my peace lily’s arrival since I ordered it.I spent the morning tracking the UPS truck that was delivering my peace lily, while keeping an eye on the weather. (Of course we got our first snow of the season today!) I was so worried about it being too cold! (It’s been in the low 30’s all morning.)I met the UPS driver at the door, got my lily out of the box, and got all the wrapping off as quickly as I could. My lily was *incredibly* well wrapped! (I didn’t think of taking a picture until afterwards.) The moss over the dirt was still wet (and not frozen!). The pot was quite cold so I wrapped my hands around it and held it to my body. When the leaves started to relax in the warmth of my home, I took the attached pictures. I think you’ll agree that my lily looks healthy, with no apparent travel damage.If anything changes I will come back and edit my review, but right now I’m extremely happy!Thank you Costa Farms!Update, 12/22/2019: I’ve transplanted my peace lily in a larger planter and put her on a table where she gets a good amount of sun…well, on days we have sun. 😉 My lily is going strong, and has lots of new blooms with more on the way. (See new pictures.)

Overpriced for size of the plant received & poor seller communication
The photos make it seem like a good sized plant and it is definitely not. It is very small….only about 3 inches. The plant was not packaged well and, even though it was wrapped in a paper wrapper, the potting oil was almost all out of the pot and spilled all over the box.The delivery box was not marked with a fragile or this end up sticker or live plant sticker so it seemed like the box was tossed around like a football during shipping and the plant was very weary looking when I removed it from the box. The soil was also dried out, which was probably why the dirt ended up all over the box instead of in the pot protecting the plant roots. It made quite the mess all over my counter while I did my best to put the plant back together. After a week the plant is still a little rough looking and I’m not sure if its going to survive.The package included an information sheet from the plant farm with a message that said if there is a problem or you are unhappy with the plant to please reach out to the plant farm directly by phone or email to let them resolve the issue before leaving a review. I sent an email the day the plant arrived and never heard anything from the company so I would say buyer beware before you purchase their product.This plant was not worth the money spent.

Resilient
Delivered healthy but nearly frozen back during a cold snap. Guess the UPS truck doesn’t have heat in the cargo area. Despite that, it’s now healthy, growing steadily. Believe that’s a reflection of the plant’s general good health to begin with.

PLASTIC POT! PLASTIC WRAP!
Decorative pot is made of plastic and comes wrapped tightly in more plastic. I would anybody ordering a plant online want all this plastic to have to add to the Earth? Plant itself is small but adorable. I will never use this company again however.

I received a severely overwatered and dying plant. This product is ineligible for return or replacement, so I am out the money without a plant to show for it. Very disappointed.
