Bought for relief of hip pain
Ordered the 3″ instead of 4″ thinking it would be enough support and it was. Once I opened the plastic to let it unroll (didn’t spring wide open so it wasn’t an eruption), then laid it out on the bed so it could expand for about 2 days (looked pretty well expanded at 24 hrs but wanted to make sure), no odor like they said it might have until aired. Corner straps were wide enough, long enough and had strength and slide attachments (I have a high mattress). Very nice feel to cover and covered double mattress all the way to edge. Good nights sleep, felt solid and comfortable, not squishy but firm and gel like softness. Would recommend and buy againt and slde attachments.

Didn’t Expand
I bought this 3-inch gel memory foam mattress topper and placed it on top of my mattress approximately 50 hours ago. I was out of town for the weekend, making sure it would have time to expand, however, when I got home today, there are multiple places that have not esxpanded at all. The flat areas are mostly down the entire middle of the mattress topper and randomly up to 3 or 4 inches from the edges on the sides and top and bottom.I bought this Czpalo mattress topper from Amazon and it was delivered January 9. It is no longer available for return as February 1st was the cutoff, but this weekend (February 13th) was the soonest I could get away for a few days to let it expand, as this is my only bed.Please let me know what I’m supposed to do about this. The email address on the warranty card does not exist. I figure I’m out $119. The majority of the reviews say it’s great so I guess mine is just defective. It would be nice if the company would get back to me, but I doubt that will happen as I believe the company is in China.Addendum: As there was nothing I could do, I slept on the mattress topper, trying to stay in the expanded parts. The next morning the whole thing was mostly expanded. Now it is fully expanded. I guess it needed the weight to get the rest of the expansion moving. It is comfortable now. I’m only giving it 3 stars because it did not expand as advertised.

Excellent mattress — very soft and comfortable. After I started sleeping on it, my back pain completely went away. The only thing I agree with from other reviews is that it does get quite warm. If you sleep in pajamas, be prepared to feel hot, as the mattress heats up from body temperature. It’s best to sleep in very light, breathable sleepwear. Other than that, it’s a great mattress, very comfortable, and the fastening straps are really convenient. Overall, an excellent mattress.

I added this Czpalo 3-inch gel memory foam topper to our older mattress, and the difference was immediate. It added just the right amount of softness and support, making the bed feel brand new again. The cooling feature is a nice bonus, and I really like that the cover can be removed and washed. Definitely a much more affordable option than replacing the whole mattress. So far, I’m really happy with it

My wife injured her hip and our mattress was just too hard for her to rest comfortably. So I ordered the Czpalo 3-inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress for a queen-sized bed. After it arrived, we placed it on a fold-out couch bed to let it inflate. We let it inflate for two full days, and then placed it on our bed. It was very easy to secure it to the mattress with the adjustable straps. Once in place, this mattress does not move! It made a huge difference to my wife, and I find it more comfortable to sleep on than the mattress without it. There was NO “gassing off” smell. This mattress top is well-constructed and should last for many years. If you are in doubt about what memory foam mattress topper you should get–look no further. This one should fill the bill!

Improved my sleep quality immediately upon first use and has resulted in massive improvements to my back pain. I am a side sleeper and was a little concerned about this topped being too thing but I find I sink into the mattress topper just the perfect amount. It took less than a day to fully inflate, no noticeable smell and honestly surprising manufacturing quality given the price point. It also hasn’t noticeably impacted my sleeping temperature (not cooling per se but definitely not a heat cage).Would highly recommend!

Must be folded in half, not rolled for storage.The use on med firm coil mattress, masked the coil and quilt divots firm feels.The use on med firm foam mattress added softer comfort.However, the size is 1 inch short (as 72.5) as cover bunches loose at one end and in middle on a standard coil mattress 53×74. Pulling the straps on tightens the foam. Also appears too small for foam mattress 54×75. Additionally the bamboo cover use eventually generates and holds heat while the foam contours soft downward with less support, but regains shape after use. The support starts straight firm on body then goes slowly sink with sleep. It is more dense then regular gel memory foam. The quality is all apparent. The comfort not best as eventually becomes soft, locks sinks body and sleeps warm. Suited for heavy support body, not average weight body. Not completely useable. Difficult to return.• Pros: looks, smaller size, corner straps, smooth cover, medium to firmer feel, not soft, recovers shape after use.• Cons: sleeps warm, slow sink uneven traps body, high density wrap, no bounce use, no aligned flat support on coil or foam mattress.
