From the brand

PSOS was founded in 2010 by a founder who experienced first-hand the suffering of excessive humidity and dampness, and in response, he developed an efficient dehumidifier to solve the problem of humid environments, helping users create drier and more comfortable living spaces.
At PSOS, our vision is to become a global leader in dehumidifiers, dedicated to improving air quality and enhancing living and working environments.

Why is the dehumidification effect of the product not obvious?
Ⅰ. Doors and Windows are not closed;
Ⅱ. When the dehumidifier is in operation, the front air inlet and back outlet are blocked;
Ⅲ. Ambient air humidity is lower than 42%RH;
Ⅳ. This dehumidifier is more suitable for small spaces, such as bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.
Why does the dehumidifier stop working after a period of use?
Ⅰ. Whether the tank is full;
Ⅱ. Is the product burned out?
Ⅲ. In order to improve its lifespan, the dehumidifier will automatically stop running after 48 hours of operation

Good value!
I’ve been using this dehumidifier for a few days and it works great for my kitchen. It removes moisture effectively, I use this for just one hour, i found around 10 ml water in the water tank of the dehumidifier, this makes the air feel much more comfortable, and especially it can protect the wooden floor, after used this for one whole day, the wooden floor is not sticky any more. The water tank is a good size and doesn’t need frequent emptying. I’m impressed by how quiet it is, I can run it overnight without any big noise issues. The humidity display is clear and useful, and the auto shut-off feature adds peace of mind. The colorful ambient light is a nice extra touch. Overall, it’s efficient, easy to use, and a great value for maintaining a comfortable home environment.

JUST DON’T
This dehumidifier did not work. In a tiny bedroom with 50% humidity . I ran the machine the entire evening and the entire night. It barely extracted 2 teaspoons. Don’t waste your time or money. Very disappointed. Returning it ASAP.

Didn’t work for me
It didn’t work as expected. Left overnight in the bathroom. The moisture reading was 70 and above. It nearly had a few drop of water.

Not designed for meaningful reduction of moisture
Tested performance: works, but capacity is very limitedI purchased this unit for a small office, but tested it at home first so I could monitor the actual performance. The unit does collect water, so it is functioning, but the dehumidification rate is much lower than I expected for anything beyond a very small enclosed space.My test conditions:Room temperature: approximately 74–75°FStarting relative humidity: approximately 66%Test duration: 2 hoursWater collected: approximately 18 mLObserved RH reduction: about 2–3%, depending on which hygrometer was usedThat works out to roughly:18 mL / 2 hours = 9 mL per hour9 mL/hr × 24 hr = 216 mL/daySo in practical terms, this unit was removing only about 0.22 liters/day, or about 0.46 pints/day, under my test conditions.For comparison, this is far below the performance of a small compressor-style room dehumidifier. This unit appears more suitable for a closet, cabinet, bathroom vanity area, RV storage space, or other very small enclosed area. I would not consider it an effective room dehumidifier for a bedroom, office, or humid space with ongoing moisture intrusion.A few observations:The unit is quiet and compact.It does collect visible water.The built-in humidity reading did not match my separate hygrometer exactly, so I would not rely on the built-in display as a precision instrument.The RH drop was small enough that normal sensor error could account for part of the change.The measured water collection is the most useful data point, and that showed limited capacity.My conclusion: this is not useless, but it should be marketed as a small-space moisture-control device, not as a meaningful room dehumidifier. If your goal is to reduce humidity in a full office, bedroom, or other occupied room, I would recommend a small compressor dehumidifier instead. For a closet or very small enclosed area, this may be acceptable if expectations are realistic.Rating rationale: quiet and easy to use, but the actual moisture removal rate is very low. I would only recommend it for very small enclosed spaces.

Good
Bit smaller than expected but it’s working well
