Excellent Fan
For such a small fan the air that it delivers is awesome. Very powerful and quiet. Very low noise level. Can move the fan up or down some. I still give it a 5 because it says I believe 15% which is probably right. It sits on top of my dresser and blows across the bed on oscillating. It can oscillate or stay in one position. It could tip down just a tad more but I put a small piece of cardboard under the back stand to tip it down and is perfect. But it is as it states. Yes, would purchase again.

BUY IT!
LOVE LOVE LOVE! It rotates, can tilt up/down. You can adjust the speed with the fan stationary or rotating. Not to mention it is SOOO quiet! I sleep with it on my nightstand at night and can barely hear it. I plan on buying another for my kiddo.
